We have only had the microwave for a couple of months, so far no complaints. I do want to let customers, who are considering purchasing a higher wattage microwave, know that a new microwave with a higher wattage cooks MUCH faster than what they are used to. The price was right at Bestbuy.

I like the look and all the choices the microwave gives. I like that you can see the directions when you open the microwave and it is easy to clean. I DO NOT LIKE that the clock on the microwave shuts off after 5 minutes as an "energy saving feature" that can not be deactivated.

I bought this from my local store, brought it home, and tried to set it up immediately. I was unable to set the time or get it to start. Called the LG customer service number and was treated as though I were stupid by a rep who was obviously from India and reading directly from a manual. A call to the store brought my blood pressure back down. I returned it the next day and bought a different LG model, slightly smaller and have had no trouble with it at all.

Thanks to everyone else, the reviews proved invaluable. There are some buttons that are quirky (don't look like they mean what they mean) but eventually you figure it out. We've been using it for over a month now and it's been great. I'd still make the decision to buy this one.

I never knew they made microwave ovens like this ever.I can put my popcorn in ,press popcorn and I don't have to sit there and wait on it, What a relief, oh and the frozen items, no worries. This is really a great product, Thank you so very much.

too big heavy bulky works fine just found it too big

I love everything about it except for the fact that it keeps on beeping to let you know that your food is ready. It will not burn if I don't go to the microwave immediately to remove my food, so why keep beeping?

Bought it two years ago and the door is not shutting right. The light flickers on and off. Besides that it heats fine. Had to replace it for the exact same model in order for it to fit in the mounting kit.

I've had an LG microwave, washer, dryer, and TV. I've had issues with all of their products, except for the TV. The customer service at LG is horrendous and they intentionally make it difficult to perform any minor repairs yourself. I've done the trouble-shooting myself and know exactly what parts i need but they won't sell to me directly. I'm upgrading all appliances in a new home, DEFINITELY NOT going with anything LG. PS - before buying any new LG microwave...search specifically about their noises/beeps/tones...and how you can't silent them AT ALL... This is a company determined to annoy every customer!

Although I was originally looking for a white microwave oven, I'm extremely satisfied with my selection. The instructions are easy to follow and the heating area is huge. I got a great appliance at an even better price. No doubt, this item will last a long, long time.

I was looking to upgrade from a very small and cheap microwave and this was a great find. It's auto cook features seem to accurately cook frozen and fresh vegetables. The melt and soften features also come in handy for making cookies. It can also cook a lot of food at once.

We had to send the old microwave to the grave. This one looks great, i large though, if that bothers you. Reheat option is the option that is taking some getting used to. Old one had a reheat, reheat less, reheat more which really worked good for us. This has a reheat with four different catagories.

Very happy with my purchase. It replaced an old Sharp model. It is as powerful if not more and looks much better. Same size, but looks smaller. We really like the sensor cook settings. The true cook plus seems rather pointless. Really like the grey rounded interior.

Product features are really nice, BUT, the quality of the product is questionable. I purchased the unit in November of 2016 and 3 months later the dorr latch stopped working. from the looks of it, it looks like pooer quality part that broke. returning today :-(
