I was researching microwaves for a while before we went into the Best Buy store, so I had an idea what I wanted. I like the many menu features it has. One thing my wife and I both appreciate is the door closes effortlessly. We are very happy with it.

My living room and kitchen area is open and all the windows are on the West side. I am on the second floor and the sun beats in from 1Pm on and drapes help only slightly. This air conditioner keeps the rooms cool. Well worth the money!!

I am very happy with this microwave. It looks great with my other stainless appliances, and it works well. The buttons are easy to read. I love the inside - the back wall is curved so I can put bigger things inside and they don't get trapped against the wall.

Had a microwave die. Got this as a replacement. It is an excellent unit. Power is as rated. It fit in the old space just fine. Cord should be longer if it is to be a built-in unit. Great unit hope it lasts 15 years like the old Samsung.

Our last microwave was a 900 Watt unit, so this new one is so much more powerful and it thaws meat in half the time as I have been use to. So I would definitely recommend this mircowave to anyone.

Door shut accentuates the light cheap feeling of the unit

Nice unit, wish buttons were easier to see in low light. Auto defrost setting doesn't always thaw completely. Love the programmed buttons. Haven't found any food products with the auto cook code on them.

This is a Smart microwave it has setting for just about every meal it goes by the product number you input for how long it should cook it has med dinner time more exciting around the house !

Have been using some of the special features to make dinner and it is incredible. Can cook some my meals in less than half the time it took me with the old microwave. Would recommend buying one to anyone who is in need of a new one.

Only drawback is the the keypad is not lit up, so you need to be in a room with light to see what you are pressing. Otherwise, we like it . But , if we bought again will pick one with keypad that lights up.

This model is big - make sure you have the space for it. The cavernous interior though, allows us to cook just about anything. This microwave does not disappoint.

THIS MICROWAVE WAS PURCHASED FOR OUR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE. STAFF ENJOY LUNCH FROM 12:00 TO 2:30. WE HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANY WAIT TIME TO COOK/HEAT LUNCHES. THIS MICROWAVE CLEANS EASILY AND IS ATTRACTIVE. wE HAVE A HAPPY STAFF !!!! THANK YOU

I really like this oven, I can put a 13"x9" dish in it and it turns easily because of the rounded back. It also pops popcorn like it should. It dies take up more room than I anticipated but I really like it so far!

Big, powerful microwave. Cooks quickly and the door works great. We've had issues with microwave doors in the past. Only thing is that it's so big, it doesn't fit where we had the old one. But so far, it's a great purchase!

This microwave was a necessary purchase due to a massive move. Wasn't sure what my expectations were, but this is a solid machine. Lots of options and a simplistic control panel makes it a breeze to get to know and operate.

Great product. All of the premade settings cook food to perfection every time. The touch keys have the perfect level of sensitivity. Reasonable price for such quality. No complaints.

Love the settings to melt or soften :) I do a lot of baking and cooking. Works great love it but the quick cook program button kinda waste or to much trouble to look up codes. Supposed to be getting an app for codes.

We like it, but may have chosen a size larger than we needed. We did note that front surface needs cleaning often, as it really shows finger prints/smears etc. It is much lighter than our old unit-really helped us in getting it place on the eye level shelf we have.

I bought this for my mancave where fying and microwaving is all that will be done. This product looks great and works just as great. This comes with some very nice extra features that make the purchase worthwhile.

Went to the local best buy store and all the stainless steel microwaves were expensive. I looked on line while I was there ordered it and bought it over 100.00 cheaper than in the store. It works great and love it.
