Good powerful microwave. Microwave cooks food pretty good without having to use too many minutes. This microwave is good for a family use.

Our microwave finally died on us and I trust the quality products from Best Buy. Also, I gain reward points on every purchase. I can't loose!

Did a lot of research before purchasing. This model was supposed to be highly rated. So far so good. Seems to cook/warm up very evenly.

I bought this because it has "one-touch" on for 30 seconds. Now that I have it at home, it works great, and the front is easy to clean.

bad lg microwave display stop working after 1 year . waste of money. i call lg there were not helping

Overall very happy except a couple of the functions are not convenient. Guess I could read the manual but I like to readily see how to do something, especially on a Microwave.

This microwave is designed for people who mostly use it to heat up frozen prepared meals. It has 'Auto Defrost', 'Express Defrost', and 'Sensor Touch' settings, for which you must choose a category (for example, if you choose the 'Reheat' setting, you must then choose from: 'Dinner Plate', 'Soup/Sauce', 'Casserole', or 'Pizza). If you want to reheat several slices of yesterday's meatloaf, it's safer to just set the 'power' setting at 70 - 80% and guess at the amount of time needed to heat to the correct temperature without drying out, then keep adding time until the meat reaches your desired temperature. This microwave is specifically designed to use with frozen foods that carry the 'True Cook Plus' symbol, but this fact is not advertised on the packaging. If you are not familiar with this symbol, you might think it's just a guarantee of quality of this appliance. It's explained in the Owner's Manual, which is sealed in the package. It would behoove the LG manufacturer to explain the 'True Cook Plus' symbol on the outside of the package, and Best Buy to explain it to their Appliance Dept. staff so the information can be passed on to the consumer before he purchases the product. Please note: This microwave has one-touch settings for popcorn, rice, potatoes, fresh & frozen vegetables. It also has a timer, and its rounded inside back makes it easy to clean.

This does everything. I had purchased another brand that would not let you cook anything less than 30 seconds. I really like the LG.

I have used it for coupon months, good qulity... Since we aren't using it daily, it seems too big for us.. but still a Good buy!!

Excellent microwave with plenty of power. It has nice buttons, just pick the button of what you want to cook and go. Easy to clean.

Great microwave for the price. Many useful built in settings. Large size. Only front is stainless steel color, the restvis black.

At first I was not happy as this unit is so large that it wouldn't fit in the spot I wanted, but I decided to clear a spot on the counter and keep it. I have no regrets.

The auto defrost does a great job of defrosting exactly as it needs to be. Reheating is the same. It's almost like this microwave has a brain.

My wife and I love this unit. I has been very pleasing and easy to use. I would recommend it to everyone. I really love the defrosting of it.

This microwave is good and has nice features but it is loud and door button sticks aand I've only had it 3 weeks but i did get extra warranty so not too worried

Perfect fit for our new home which does not have space for an overhead microwave. Performance has been outstanding.

The display will stop functioning after a few years .. common problem.
