Bought May 31,2014 - Stopped working 7/31/2015. One year warranty. Spent a little more for what I thought was a good product. Purchased on recommendation of sales person.

Just a little too big, but has everything else I was looking for in a microwave

Key pad a little hard to see in low light. So far we like the way it works.

Bought this unit to replace a Panasonic damaged in a power surge. Found that the key pad and interior was too dark to make settings or watch the item cook without additional lighting. Couldn't just walk into the kitchen and reheat a drink without a flashlight. Returned the LG and bought a new Panasonic again.

The only thing I do t like about it is it's noisy to open and close door. Otherwise great.

My over the oven microwave went out the day before Christmas ... went to BB and got the LG ... worked for a couple of days but had strange noise ... by New Years it was not heating and the outside of the box was extreamly hot to the touch... called service and was told to have it fixed and I would have to pack up and take to service dealer... no way ... took back to Best Buy ... No Problems with return... but I did not get the sale price on the next one I purchased ... NOT LG oh... almost forgot ... the vents on the unit never worked correctly.. steam was rolling out as the door opened even when it was working

Purchased April 2016 from Best Buy. In March 2017, the door release started to malfunction - not even a year old!!! Now the microwave lights up, but there is no sound and the turntable is not moving! I wish companies would make their products to last more than 15 months, especially since we paid $150+tax on this product.

This is fantastic, my second LG Micro and really reliable!

Well, this microwave was purchased on 11/1/12 and as soon as I walk into my door this unit was setup. After plugging it in, the microwave automatically kicks on. Numerous attempts to shut the unit off. So I call LG and speak to "Tony" (a service rep) who asks me some questions and then goes through a rundown of possible solutions. One of his solutions was to slam the door. After doing so, the Unit continued to run. "Tony" asks me to slam the door but even harder. Ok ... I was done after that. Staying away from LG altogether.

This microwave does its job fast and looks good too.

Excellent microwave works great and cooks everything perfect.

I've had this less than a year. Terrible customer service from LG and Best Buy won't get involved. The shop they put me in contact with is two hours from my home. No more LG microwaves.

Good product that functions well and compliments the decor.

Bought new January 2017. In December 2019 it stopped working...would not heat anything. Another cheap piece of junk from LG (we already had to replace a LG refrigerator that was less than 3 years old)

I swore I would never buy another LG product of any kind after the bad television and terrible customer service I got from LG several years ago. Hopefully this product performs as expected so as I don't need to experience any contact with LG.

Lasted just 13 months. Started making a loud noise while turntable is moving. They must have a timer built in that starts when warranty runs out. Would not purchase this brand again.

I bought this item to match the wall oven we just bought a couple of months ago. The photo of the microwave online made it look like it would match the keypad on the oven......but it really doesn't in actuality. The keypad on the microwave has more gray numbers/keys while the oven has white. It's very difficult to see the numbers. It also cheapens the look. Our microwave is stored on a shelf above the wall oven and it's difficult to see the numbers/keys. Just go to the store and compare the keypads among the microwaves and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Very poor - not even one star. I originally chose the LG microwave because it was the one full size product that would fit in my space. We had the first one about 9-12 months; got another. That one lasted less than a week. Thought it was just an aberration. Because of the warranty, got another at no charge. The fourth one lasted about a year. Not acceptable. The Best Buy warranty is.... not really that good. Leaves you without an oven for 2-4 weeks.

Great microwave while it lasts. Quit heating just after 2years and 9 months and had to be replaced. I'm a little disappointed in the longevity of LG's products. Just wanted to make people aware. It only has a one year warranty.

Had the unit for 3 years and it no longer works. Sure, it turns on, lights up, spins and thats it. Ice cubes now use it as a sanctuary. I would expect more than 3 years of unfrequent use out of any appliance. This is just more junk on the trash pile after what I think anyone would consider a very short few years. It was great when it was working, but it doesnt work for long. Now im off for a new microwave and LG is NOT on my short list...or even my long list any more.
