Ease of use, simple push button features. Spacious oven.

We bought this microwave after reading about microwaves in the Consumer Reports magazine. We have never owned a LG microwave, but the ratings were very good, so we decided to try the LG brand. We are still getting used to it and referring to the manual, but it is going very well and we like the new features.

Bought this for my parents who are definitely not techno savvy. Went to Best Buy three times and all three salespersons recommended this model above competitors. It does everything they said it would and best of all is truly simple to operate.

This was the best Microwave I could find for under $165 and I had been looking since before last Christmas. I bought this for my home that had had a Panasonic Microwave break recently. I am very glad I found this nice microwave on sale at Best Buy and would recommend it to any friend or family! It definitely heats up foods quickly and works great!

We weren't sure about the manufacturer, and didn't know much about this company. But the microwave has served us very well, and does an excellent job. I especially like the size, since it fits most large dishes. There are numerous options for cooking and heating food. Would definitely recommend it.

I love how big it is. It is easy to use and to clean

I had a small microwave and replaced it with this LG .Right away I noticed it cooked faster and it is easy to program .It matches my LG refrigerator perfect. The product is a worthy addition to my kitchen.

We purchased a microwave from bestbuy.com that didn't work and had to be returned. This was one of the in store options. I'm actually happy the first one didn't work because this one suits our needs much better. Nice large interior, lots of preset cooking options (that I still need to learn), and a nice look in the kitchen.

I went to Best Buy thinking I was going to purchase a Panasonic microwave that I had seen on line. After comparing the Panasonic to the LG that I purchased, I felt that the LG was much better built. When closing the door of the Panasonic it sounded like it was plastic against plastic..with the LG it was a solid closing sound like you would find on a well built car door. The LG had all of the features that I was looking for and it was on sale at the same price as the Panasonic that I had intended on purchasing. I feel that I purchased a quality product and a reasonable price. I am very happy with the purchase.

Microwave is really nice and easy to use. Pretty quiet.

The demensions were pretty much spot on since the opening I was dealing with was built for an older model microwave. The one aspect I enjoy more with this unit is the heating reality. What would take 2 1/2 minutes to reheat a cup of coffee, now only takes 1 1/2 minutes. And it is user friendly!

Very good product, heats very fast. Large capacity

I have used microwaves since the 80's and this LG model is a great purchase. I have enjoyed using it since it is large enough to prepare entire meals in it. It has lots of features and easy to use.

Two reasons we purchased this microwave : larger capacity and the sale price. It works fine but we really do not like the fact the clock does not stay lit up. On this model there is not an option to have the clock stay on. I'm sure there are other ones just as good that do.

I needed to buy this model to replace the previous version, as it was built in when we redid our kitchen. In 12.5 months, the original LG stopped working abruptly. I bought this newer model, since it fit in the old trim kit with only minor modification. However, in less than 1 week, it too abruptly quit. I returned the unit and searched for another brand that fit. Unable to find one that didn't require major renovation, I bought it again. It has worked for several months and I hope that I got only 2 lemons from LG. As a working unit, it is great: easy to use w/o an electrical engineer's degree and controls for everything one can imagine cooking.
