Much quieter than the GE microwave I owned before. Easy to operate. Like the setting guide on the inside for assistance.

This was a replacement because the first one broke. It took the Geek Squad 4 attempts to fix this before they finally got the OK to replace it, but we had purchased the warranty so eventually it was resolved. We can't buy a warranty on this replacement so that kind of sucks - hope it lasts!

We wanted to replace our old microwave and this one matched with the rest of our appliances. It didn’t feel as cheaply made as some of the other ones we had looked at. And the bottom display was a little different and we decided to try it out. Happy with our purchase. Due to covid related issues delivery and installation was severely impacted.

The Black Stainless Steel look has become extremely popular, so we were happy to find this particular product. Easy installation using the instructions and template provided. Easy to use digital control board. I really like the +30 second button. Cooks very evenly. Found this great purchase on the Open Box page of the website.

Easy to use I’m very satisfied with this LG microwave work’s awesome

It’s a nice microwave, replaced older lg that stopped working. Was able to use old lg bracket that was on the wall so that saved time however one hole in upper cabinet was not in the same place so I had to drill another hole... hate that. Things should be standard. Works great, inner turntable just spins does not move back and forth but that’s ok... was always a pain to get glass lined up on turntable. Only complaint is beeps are very loud... can only turn off... wish you could make quieter.

This is the best microwave I have ever owned. I would recommend it to anyone looking for one. Cant go wrong with this one.

We originally purchased a microwave from Lowe's and it was promised within a couple of weeks. Fast forward two months still on backorder! Glad I walked into Best Buy because not only did we find a microwave, we found a better version in stock. Our salesperson was super knowledgeable and helpful. Had our microwave in that week of purchase! FIVE STARS to Best Buy!!!!

This is really user friendly device bought this for my parents and they where able to operate it with little to no help.

This is a nice microwave. It is quiet and heats well. The sensor cooking could use a few tweeks, but so far it is a well made purchase.

Super quick with heating up food...doesn't needs too long only seconds to warm something up.

Microwave works great, pictures online were misleading because I thought there was a keypad on the right side next to the handles, there is nothing there. Overall works great, doesn't have any neat notification sounds like other LG appliances.
