The handle started coming loose, and plastic pieces have been falling off of the base of the door, and one of the washers holding the door in place broke in half. Only 2 adults using the microwave with normal use. We replaced the washer ourselves. It just makes me mad that the whole surface of the bottom of the door has cracked and chunks of it have fallen off. Would not buy again.
