    Powerful heat so we often used it at a reduced power level. Well, it worked great for exactly 2 years. Now it doesn't heat at any power level. Completely disappointed in the lifespan of this microwave.

    Two complaints. This is an over-the-range microwave, but the viewing window is at the top of the door and users under six feet tall cannot see anything cooking inside. The 4-speed fan gets very loud in the higher two speeds and vibrates too much at the highest speed to be usable.
