    Bought in February virus hit country shut down contractor nit working. Came back in May when things opened back up. Microwave will not heat called June will not stand behind it. Past 30 warrant Very disappointed

    I I could give it zero I would. A microwave under $100 performs better. Sensor setting don’t work well. Standard heating instructions for different food or drinks is never enough. It always requires additional time for something to be hot. It lacks power and accuracy. We previously had a Ge spacemaker 1800 xl which was much better. The install was also non existent. A lot of pain to install something that has lack luster performance. The only upside is it looks nice.

    Best Buy needs to look for new third party installers. I have had this a month now. The third party installers and cancelled changed and even not showed for appointments. Totally poor service.

    Will not ever buy an LG product again!!!!’ I purchased a microwave, dishwasher and range. After 1 year and 6 months the microwave stopped working, then 2 months after that the dishwasher stopped working. I can only hope the range is not next. LG wouldn’t do anything about it. It is going to be over $600 dollars to fix both. DO NOT BUY LG!!!!’

    Either bad product or bad installation

    Not sure if it is the Microwave or the installation, but it is already broken again. The first time Best Buy installed it, it stopped working after one week, likely because the installers used too long of a bolt to secure it on top. They re-installed a replacement, and now that one is making very unusual sounds from the top in the same area where the long bolt seemed to have cause problems before.

    Too much of the window on the door is blacked out.. Cant see in to watch the food cook.

    After 4 yrs it stopped working. Only took 3 yrs for pieces coming loose and acting up. (Just out of warranty) would not buy again.

    Sparking of Electricity coming from unit.

    We buy this new, every time in use sparking of electricity buzzing under next to the fan. LG came out twice saw the sparking. They cannot fix the issue. LG said they will replace it, over 5 months. Stacie George keeps pushing us around. If I use this unit it can burn my house down, I have a gas range under.

    Keypad Electrical Issues

    I've had this microwave for several months and continue to get error messages from the keypad. Error says there is a short, and a technician came out to replace the entire board and keypad. After another 1-2 months, the same error is occurring again. Also I'm not happy with the functionality of this microwave. Normally pressing 2 will express cook for 2 minutes, but this model doesn't do that. Very much regret this purchase.

    Used in a recessed area over stove but it requires me cutting a 1 inch by 14 inch gash in the cabinet for the door to open. Cismetic nightmare.

    Blower broke so fast

    One month and the blower broke, is on the whole time unless unplug, we had several technicians try to fix it and they can't fix it. It took a long time to fix my problem, and finally they told me to return it to the Store for a exchange, with a code that LG gave me Besides that it works perfect.

    I am not happy with this purchase. I am only 5ft tall I can not see in the viewing window, I feel this product has hot spots and it has uneven heating.

    Microwave display was broken internally before install and wasn't caught until the installer left. Not Best Buy's fault, LG shipping issue I assume

    Purchased in Sept 2018 and in Jan 2019 microwave stopped working. The timer will continue, however no power or sound. When you push the door in, it will work. Who wants to stand in front of a microwave and hold the door? I paid pretty good money. Unable to return, however I have a 1 year warranty with LG. Also the stainless steel chipped already, pretty disappointed because I thought very highly of LG.
