Excellent, love it so much and this is my second one. I got kitchen downstairs and upstairs, this microwave is the perfect interns of look and super easy to use. Love it so much and I recommend it. I actually got the second one on Black Friday for half price, which was great.

Very happy with the quality and size of this microwave. There's two things I would change, but this is personal opinion only. 1. There's a 30 sec one touch button two spots over from the Start button. I would move it closer to the start button. Sometimes I'm in the kitchen without the lights and the start button is easy to pick out, but if I just want to warm up some tea, I sometimes hit the clock button instead of the 30 sec button. The other thing I'd like to see changed is the light below the microwave that shines on the stovetop. I wish they would make that an LED. It gets really hot. I have the microwave programmed through Alexa to turn on the under side light for a couple of hours in the evening and by the time it turns off, it's extremely hot to the touch. Again, these are my personal opinions on how to make the product better, but from a performance perspective, I couldn't be happier with it. I even find myself using the built in suggested heating buttons and they work well. The popcorn button is pretty spot on.

My new microwave has been called everything but a microwave by guest who pass it. My sons girlfriend slowed and stepped by to say she thought we got a small flatscreen. My sisters daughter fixed her hair and said this beautifuly reflects me. My wife enjoys the clean and quiet of it. I enjoy making them happy.

This is a very good microwave with many well designed and easy to operate features, and "smarter" than any I've ever had. 25% more vent power at 400 CFM, which should be the industry standard in place of 300 CFM. Love this microwave.

So far I'm loving it! Looks great, works great, couldn't be happier! I accidentally left the damper out when I installed it but not really sure it would have fit to begin with and hasn't been an issue. I will say fingerprint resistant is a joke but it cleans up easy. I was concerned it's a little less powerful than the older unit it replaced but it cooks quicker, must be more efficient. This was an over the range replacement. Vent works great! Love that there are 2 intakes, one on each side So far, no complaints, I would highly recommend

Great microwave and fairly easy to self install, even for a non-handy man. Microwave heats nicely, quiet, and stylish.

The light was burnt, we had to buy a new one on Amazon, it was cheap but LG support didn't help at all to replace it. Best buy offered to replace the whole microwave for a simple light... bad experience with that. Overall, we have other LG products and we have no complaints!

I didn't realize how much I used a microwave until my old one quit working. I bought a counter top one at another store but it took up too much room so I returned it. When I saw this one on sale at Best Buy I knew I'd be happy with it. The brand is highly rated, Best Buy carries good quality products and I liked the looks of the stainless steel also. It's very easy to use and is just the right size for the over the stove area, no modification needed. It has so many features that I haven't even discovered yet and makes cooking enjoyable again.

Love new oven. Works great and design is very modern and sleek. Blends right into my other appliances and cabinets.

I’ve had this LG microwave for a few months now, and honestly, it’s been one of those appliances I don’t think about much—which is kind of the best compliment. It just works. Heating is really even. I used to get those annoying cold spots in leftovers, but this one does a much better job. I’ve reheated everything from pasta to coffee (multiple times… mom life), and it comes out consistent without having to stop and stir halfway through. The buttons took a minute to get used to—not hard, just slightly different than my old one—but now I like that it’s simple and not cluttered with a million useless options. The “add 30 seconds” button is basically the only one I use daily. It’s also quieter than I expected. Not silent or anything, but it doesn’t have that loud, rattly sound some microwaves get over time. The door feels solid too, like it’s not going to break if my toddler gets a little too enthusiastic opening it. Only small downside is the fingerprint situation. The front shows smudges pretty easily, so I find myself wiping it down more than I’d like. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know if you care about that. Overall, I’d buy it again. It’s reliable, heats food the way it should, and doesn’t overcomplicate things. For something I use every day, that’s exactly what I needed.

This is my first LG appliance and I am very happy with my decision to purchase it. I usually put the sound on my microwave on mute but I haven’t done that with this one. I actually enjoy the new sound that LG has put on this microwave. It is easy to use and has all the features that I needed. The fan has four different settings to choose from. The light that is for seeing your stove top is the perfect amount of light but I have noticed that the light gets very hot. If I need the light for an extended amount of time I use the fan on the lowest setting and that seems to help. Overall I would definitely recommend this microwave.

Sleek design with a larger inside capacity than our previous Samsung in the same space. Has a large number of preset options hidden inside the door and work great.

Fantastic microwave and very easy to use all of the functions. Amazing design with looks great!
