Love the modern design, easy to use and spacious. Easy installation.

I always buy LG products, they seem to have the best controls. This microwave model is large at 2.0 cu.ft and is print proof Black stainless steel. The installation was simple and replaced the previous oven perfectly. I would recommend product.

The microwave works perfectly. This would be even better if it had a couple more features like a lit display and the Quick function menu on the outside of the door so you don't have to open it to see what the numbers mean.

Had to find exact size to replace existing. Was easy on app to see sizes. Shipped promptly. Install directions were very easy to understand and had it installed in a few minutes. Works great. Wife is very pleased. Easy to operate. Push buttons have perfect sensitivity. Great look, great function, great deal.

Our OTR Micro died after several power surges in our area in one day and our local repair people were OUTRAGEOUS in their estimates of repair. The wife and I went out looking and really liked the look of this LG and thought it would look well with out other stainless appliances. Many of the others in this price range seemed quite flimsy...not this one! Got it home, it mounted easily (we were replacing a Kenmore Elite and I found out it was made by LG....and it had the same mounting system and dimensions...yay!) and we've been very happy with the feature set. It is quiet, heats food fast, and we like the 'finger-print resistant' finish. We got it on sale for $100 off and are very pleased with our purchase. The only minor negative we can see is that it is hard looking through the window while food cooks and the dark interior (easy to clean, BTW) makes it even harder...but not enough, in our opinions, to knock it down a star. VERY happy and looking forward to many years of service!

This microwave is great. It works well and is easy to clean.

Excellent product. Looks modern, sleek and functions well. So far we have had no problems and it lined up exactly where the existing vent for the Samsung Microwave we had before. Finger prints clean up fairly easy with a paper towel or microfiber cloth.

Solid Product. My Samsung died on me after less than 5 years. Did some research and ended up buying this LG. It's been a great addition to our kitchen. It works great and is pretty silent while operating.

We are extremely happy with our pick. It was installed Saturday so we have only used it 2 days, but we are very happy. The install and haul-away went well. The installers were good and courteous. The Microwave functions very well so far and we are very happy. The design is great and ease of use is similar. We are looking forward to figuring out how to use the sensor cooking and all, but we have put it too use with having to read the instructions.

The sensor cooking technology automatically adjusts cooking time and power based on moisture levels, which helps prevent overcooking or underheating. I also really like the powerful ventilation system, which does a great job removing smoke, steam, and odors while cooking on the stove

Just an all around powerful microwave with a clean look

I don't have anything bad to say about the microwave, but we rarely use it. It does seem to heat food more quickly than our last one which I also would say was a good microwave. I also feel this microwave is easy to use. The look of the microwave is much better than our last one.

We recently purchased this product. Our old oven worked fine but we decided to upgrade the kitchen. So far, we're very satisfied with its performance and, it looks great in our medium size kitchen.
