Another high quality kitchen appliance! This microwave is quiet, has a large capacity, and is easier to clean than others I have had. The vent fan has multiple settings and on high really moves some air.

A great match with the other 3 appliances we purchased and was essentially “free” with the 10% LG discount on all appliances when buying 4. It is the same size on the outside but bigger on the inside than our old one.

Had to replace our old one due to its early death. i went in just to see what they had and fell in love with this microwave. I was easy to install looks amazing in my kitchen and guest are always commenting on it. I will be replacing all my appliances eventually with this brand . It is by far the best microwave i have ever had # easy to clean

I was looking for a good replacement for my busted Kenmore microwave and originally chose a GE unit from a big box High Definition store..... who called the day before delivery (and 10 days after placing the order) to say they were out of stock and would now be delivering in a further 2 weeks... I canceled and came to Best Buy (should have started here I guess) and selected this LG unit as we had great success with an LG washer delivered and installed by Best Buy a few months ago... we wanted a unit that was relatively quiet as well as having a 4 speed fan, and this fit the bill. It was delivered and installed bang on the appointment window, with a couple of calls in advance to say the engineer was on schedule. He installed the microwave with no mess and hauled away the old one. So far the microwave has been perfect - use it pretty much every day and it’s powerful enough for everything that we need - and the fan / filter is great. Easy clean too....

Best decision to purchase when our GE died and broke. I decided to stay with the LJ family since my washer and dryer is with them and we love the microwave, very spacious and easy to install.

Fantastic, easy to use. Even cooking, reheating, defrosting and soften/melt setting! Wish the light was a little brighter but is still good. I like that fan has 4 settings as my kitchen has no duct work. Fan vents out top for my kitchen.

Nice looking microwave but again always showing fingerprints. My old one had a quick start button for 1-6 minutes. One touch ease if this one has it I haven’t been able to find it. The viewing window is also too small and too dark can’t barely see anything while cooking.

I am happy with it but my husband says it does not get his TV dinners or soup as hot as he is used to and my son says he doesn't like the size of the display numbers. My husband does not use the pre sets. I found that the preset for soup gets it very hot indeed.

The microwave works great. It heats the food much faster than our old one. There are numerous settings for different types of food which takes the guesswork out of trying to figure how long to set it. The installers did an exceptional job and are highly recommended.

This over the range LG microwave replaces my GE which stopped working after 13 years. I chose the black stainless steel which looks terrific! It is larger than my previous one. The measurements worked out perfectly to fit in the space. It is powerful and quiet. I love it and would buy it again! Best Buy had the best price too!

This is an excellent microwave and was very easy to install. Wish it had "one minute button". It has all the cook levels on a label inside which is very handy. The easy clean outside is great. I would recommend this microwave to a friend.

I got this unit to match my black stainless fridge. It has all the standard good features, popcorn, 30sec, sensor, etc. Another positive is the control panel is glass instead of plastic membrane. What I don't like is the window into the cooking area is half way blocked off so you can barely see in especially at above the stove height. I believe they did this because their step up model puts the controls on the door, so they save money on parts, but I can't see in like my previous Whirl Pool. Also it uses G8 pin halogen bulbs that are dimmed down instead of LEDs and it's hard to find a LED replacement for them, above the stove and in the cooking chamber. The Halogens run hot and are not bright enough for me and obviously will use more energy than LEDs. But the unit matches my stove, fridge, and dishwasher and cooks just fine.

I love my other LG appliances, so buying another one was a no-brainer! It is modern and sleek, the fan isn't crazy noisy and the light underneath is cozy. The underneath is easy to clean and I love that the 2 filters come out so easily for cleaning when necessary.
