This unit replaced a faulty unit from another brand that could not be fixed by Geek Squad, glad I have the protection plan. Unit delivered on time in a pristine box, no damage, I installed it easily, and it does whatever we ask it to do, not a single complaint so far, very quiet both in use and using the vent fan, even on super high venting.

Really nice microwave. The rack makes a huge difference when cooking multiple items. The convertible vent option (either top front vent or external,) is a nice touch. It's really large inside compared to ones I'm used to (the generic GE 1.6cf.)

Great microwave. The viewing window is slim, the rest of the window is blacked out/tinted. The time on the screen is small, can't see the time from a distance, which we would have like to have a brighter, bigger text display. Kid food feature is really cool.

Love all the features of my new microwave. The only thing missing is a light for inside the microwave. I would like to see inside the microwave when my food is cooking. Overall I am happy with my microwave.

I love this microwave. The interior is super easy to clean and it has all the right features for a great price. Plus Best Buy delivery is very professional, safe and they have great customer service. It would be hard to go wrong with this one!

This microwave is a monster! I will say, it took my husband and I a while to install it, but that's because we didn't have cabinets to install it to above it. You'll need that, or you'll have to do like what we did and install a box above it to attach to. We did have a little problem trying to figure out the venting system and how to vent it out into the room. Not sure if this was because of vague directions, or if I didn't look close enough, but it caused quite a bit of frustration. We were starting to think you had to vent it into the attic of out the back even though we were told you could vent out into the room! Once we figured it out, it was a pretty quick switch and we were good to go! This thing is huge and seems pretty powerful. The ONLY thing I don't care for is the clock on it seems small and not very bright....but I mean, everyone has a cell phone these days, so it's not a big deal, right?

This is a great microwave, I bought it opened box and got it for a great deal, it does have a bit of obvious damage, but again, I got 60% off so, don't want to fault the microwave itself. IT looks great with the rest of my LG stainless steal appliances. It has a ton of features. The Fan has 4 settings and turbo pushes a lot of air which is great if you want a lot of the smells and smoke to be pushed out of the house assuming you have a vent to the outside. I wish the stove top light was a little brighter, should have two bulbs or LED to be brighter to see cooking surface better. It is spacious inside and seems to cook everything I put in there evenly and thoroughly. The reheat setting is helpful because it uses a way to check the humidity in the food to ensure it doesn't dry your food out or overheat it.

We reviewed Consumer Buying Guide before deciding on this microwave. We have had it only a week and so far It performs really well. A lot of functions are preprogrammed which makes it more time efficient and takes the guesswork out of cooking. We really like the overall look and performance.

You have to appreciate LG and their sleek designs. It’s very modern looking in my kitchen. This range along with my stove which is also LG has completely converted my kitchen and looks and works amazing.

Great looking and very good microwave! Got it on sale and it’s worth the cost! Replaced my old white microwave with this one and it looks so beautiful on top of my silver gas range. I love that the fan has 4 settings too. Recommended !

Bought this as a replacement for another LG. Was easy to install and worked fine. Had trouble finding all the parts until I looked on the outside of the shipping padding. (Called Best Buy, but was put on hold.) Used exercise ball to lift and hold oven while I installed it, making it a one person job.

Works well. Sensor settings are nice but still getting used to them. Melt and soften functions work well. Installation was easy. Vent is on internal and of limited use. Doesn't suck in the steam well at all

This thing cooks. We had another brand previously that "clunked out" on us. This one is nice looking and a minute warms things up pretty well. It's not a weak microwave.

I have only owned this unit for a few days, so I cannot comment on reliability. There were a few features about this that let me to choose this model: * The fan vents are toward the front, so they are more effective; * sensor cooking; * there are controls for +30seconds, +10seconds, and -10seconds (this allows you to put food in, push +30seconds and the cooking starts immediately with one touch. Then you can adjust the time as you like while the food is cooking. For example, for 1 minute, put the food in and push +30seconds twice.) One kind of significant flaw: The viewing area through the door is pretty small, and unless you are fairly tall, you cannot see the food on the carousel until you are standing pretty close to the door.

as I have found with all LG products this microwave looks great and works better. It has the look of a very expensive one but is well priced. I installed this one as a surprise for my parents while they were away for christmas and they were blown away but it. They love it. It was a homerun for me.

Had Whirlpool and Maytag in the past but LG got good reviews. Adjusting to new stuff takes time but liking it so far. Easy installation and no issues to speak of right now. Only had working a couple of weeks so can't give 5 stars yet. Love the black stainless!

This microwave works great and is very big and spacious inside. Printproof finish works good on the stainless steel but fingerprints do get on the black panel when your press any of the controls.
