I got this microwave to match my stove and it does more than I expected. Very spacious and it not only warms your pizza but it toasts it as well. I love the color and the buttons don’t have to pushed on. Just a slight touch.

This microwave looks very nice and has many great functions. We replaced an existing over-stove microwave, so installation was pretty easy. It would be more difficult if you're venting to the outside. Easy clean, convenient settings. Just what we were looking for.

Bought this to replace an old Whirlpool. It adds a nice modern touch to the kitchen without any complicated gadgetry. It’s a very nice and competitively priced microwave.

Installation was a breeze and easy to do. Just make sure to use the template provided. Like the reheat and defrost features. Press a few buttons and you're good to go. The fans and lights work well. So far very pleased with this unit. Plus it looks great and goes well with the stove.

Bought this to replace an old Amana microwave when we updated our kitchen. We pretty much just use our microwaves for warming leftovers, so I can't speak to it's cooking ability; but it seems to heat things a bit more evenly than our old one. The biggest downside is that this is much louder than our old microwave. It's not obnoxious, but the beeps are loud and the fan is loud even at the lowest setting. On the upside, the fan is better than our old one and the "turbo" mode (highest setting)really does pull some air. The housing also sounds a bit hollow as you open and close the door. I'm sure it's fine, but just doesn't feel as "solid" as the Amana did.

I love LG products, got a great price, and fast delivery with Best Buy. It went on sale 2 weeks later and I was refunded the difference so great job for Best Buy for that. No issues and this appliance works perfectly.

I love this microwave! It is not only nice looking outside, but the inside is too. It is easy to clean and i love that it is a touch screen type. You don't actually press buttons you just toich them.

I love my new LG microwave! It’s plenty big enough for 2 of us. We use it mostly to reheat and cook vegetables or potatoes. I just wish the display was a little brighter.

This microwave has all the features you could want but be sure to check the dimensions vs. your cabinet space before purchasing. I was replacing a GE space saver over the range. This unit is larger and installing it required me to remove all the tile and grout that was behind the GE exposing bare drywall. Even with that, the unit was so deep that it would barely bolt to the cabinet. It's installed and working well so I'm happy now but with only about 1/4 inch to spare in bolting the top of the microwave to the cabinet. Also, the viewing window to look at the food cooking is very small and a short person would need to stand on a stool to see it. I'm 6'1" and can see easily but my wife is 5'6" and has to stand on her toes to see the window.

Very good product with very affordable price. With Black Friday discounts it came like the least price with highest quality from Best Buy. Better product to our requirements as compared to two earlier ones.

part of our overall kitchen remodel, the only thing hard to work with is some of the setting, buttons and lack of control of some of those settings. overall great microwave and love the black stainless steel

Very good quality over the range microwave. Not very loud. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the viewing area on the door is so small. We have to stand on our tippy toes to see inside.

This is by far the quietest microwave I've ever used. The black stainless finish makes it easy to clean. I upgraded from a stainless finish on my last microwave and it was always a pain to clean the grease splatter off of it after cooking.

I love my new mico wave. It is nice and big. It is used every day by the entire family. I love it because it has a shelf in it and lots of room. I am so proud of all the L G products I have purchased so far, they are great.

I installed this earlier this year and it's been up and running for 6+ months now. Don't like to write major appliance reviews until a few months in. This replaced a Kenmore Elite that went belly-up after about 10 years. Went with LG as most of other appliances in kitchen are LG (do not buy their refrigerators btw). It installed fairly easily, but the template they provided for the hanging mounting holes to the cabinet above was off by about 1/2", but not the end of the world. It's been working great and no real issues with it. Love the reheat, defrost, fan speeds, light brightness options and all of that. However, the dang small wind to look into is the one thing I cannot figure out why they designed it that way. Guess it was to save a few bucks. Almost have to stand on my tippy-toes to see what it's cooking on the inside. Hence, the 1 star deduction for the design flaw.

Hoping this model last longer than my last LG Built-In Microwave, had to replace a 3 year old microwave, not happy to say the least. This model has some extra features the other model didn't, a lot quieter as well.

I bought this microwave and love it. It fit perfectly into the space over my stove that the old one previously occupied. The Geek Squad man installed it and did a wonderful job. Love shopping at Best Buy! I also bought an extended warranty - wish the old one had it!

Good Microwave. Pretty easy to self install and easy to work. I only with this had quick time options, like press 1 for one minute, 2 for 2 minutes and so on. Other than that, buy it.

This model has many features that are unique and you don't usually find on microwaves. Examples are the softening and melting features as well as 6 settings for reheating a variety of leftovers.

The microwave looks great and was an easy install. It's hard to believe a microwave like this does not have one touch start for 1-5 minutes. We have a old $100 Hotpoint unit that even has this feature. I assumed this was standard on all microwaves these days.
