Beautiful microwave with a lot of nice features. Too bad the installer did not seal the vent for the fan. Nothing like blowing the smoke and grease back at the cooktop.

This microwave works wonderfully and is so simple to use. Heats everything up immediately, without over cooking.

Love the look of this microwave very clean lines with no visible handle.Easy to operate ,can't beat the price either.I would highly recommend this to anyone.

We bought the black stainless finish microwave and we really love the looks. The touch pads on the front of the unit are very clear and provide a confirmation beep. Unit was easy to install and set up, We have not connected it to the house network yet. We shall work through all the functions. The microwave has a nice function through REHEAT where a dinner plate can be reheated. We have done that process several times and it works pretty well. Overall we are very happy with the unit!

When our previous built-in microwave went out, I anticipated issues with finding a replacement. However, using the information provided on the Best Buy website, I was able to find a replacement that fit perfectly in the space above our range. Moreover, the LG 2.0 over-the-range microwave is an improvement over our previous microwave. The LG has more features, is easier to use and has a fun chime when the cooking cycle is complete. Rather than list the many features (you can read those on the Best Buy website), I'll just say our entire family loves it!

The LG Microwave has plenty of features and has worked flawlessly since we had it installed. It is much better than our prior microwave, which stopped working one day. It's also pretty stylish looking and matches our other appliances.

As far as microwaves go, this is top tier! The presets are intuitive and plentiful! Not to mention useful for everyday kitchen applications. The appliance looks amazing in my kitchen! I mounted it with the help of a teenager and it was a breeze! I highly recommend it especially at the price point! Great value!

Love the look of the black stainless from LG better than other brands. The microwave is working well so far with the exception of the Popcorn button that we loved on our Whirlpool we replaced. However, on this new LG, that function has been overcooking and burning the popcorn so far.

This over the stove compact microwave has the room of a large one. You can put fairly large dishes in it. I love how easy it is to use and that there is a variety of cooking options along with a light for your stove and a vent fan to draw out heat and cooking odors. Great product!

Very nice appearance, interior wipes up easily, runs quietly. The keypad responds to light touches which makes it easy to use. Multiple speed fan is much quieter than my old one. I still haven't figured out the different pre-set heating modes, but once I do, I'm sure they will be very handy. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this microwave in Jan 2025. In August 2025 it stopped working (keep in mind I am not a heavy duty user of this microwave. I only use the basic time setting to reheat food. I'm not using all the bells and whistles and not doing anything complicated with it). It would turn on but not heat the food. It was still under the one year warranty. I contacted customer service and they sent someone to fix it - they replaced the magnatron. Great. Three weeks later, it breaks again. I called customer service and had to spend another hour troubleshooting with them even though I knew what the problem was (the magnatron - same problem as before). They then told me I needed to get it repaired again, which I already knew, but fine. The representative put me through to someone else and the call was dropped. I then sent an email through the "Office of the President" via LGs website, and someone got in touch with me next day - great. They set me up with ANOTHER repairman, and someone came a week and a half later and fixed it again (it was the same thing - the magnatron). Two days later IT BROKE AGAIN. The same issue! I contacted them again and said I just wanted a refund. They said they couldn't refund or replace unless a tech said it's unrepairable. They said they'd find a tech and it would take 3-5 business days. Here I am, two weeks later and I still haven't heard back! This is from the "Presidential Liason's Office"! I've texted them back twice on the same text string we've used before and they've basically ghosted me at this point. So, if you think a warranty from LG means anything, think again! If you think they'll stand behind their product, they clearly don't. They sold me a lemon, made me jump through hoops to get anything done at all, and then just stopped responding. I still have two months left on my warranty and at this point they've probably spent more on parts and repair than they would have on a dang replacement, which I asked for from the beginning. Personally, I will never, ever buy any product from LG again, and I have to replace my fridge and washer/dryer in the next couple of years. Terrible customer service, meaningless warranty and overall bad company. AVOID

I love that this heats up the food super fast. What use to take six minutes in my old microwave now takes two minutes in this microwave. The vent is excellent but noisy. It’s expected because it’s doing the job. If you have children you will love it because it has a setting to heat up kids food. There’s a lot of heating selection. Great space for any size dish. The look of the microwave is clean, sleek and beautiful. Love it!!!

Lightning fried previous mircrowave circuit board so replacement was needed. Checked around but Best Buy was just that. Lower price on value priced microwave with decent features in a nice stainless steel finish. Plus, lowest install price as well. Other than waiting for shipping, no complaints. LG makes a nice microwave.

Upgraded all my appliances to LG stainless. Microwave is perfect size and is quiet. Has turntable and rack. I really like the energy saving display that turns off if not in use after 5 minutes. Takes two people to install but didn't have any issues.

Really loving the new microwave. It cooks everything to perfection. Easy to use. The fingerprint proof really does work on the stainless steel (not so much on the glass part). My only gripes are that the door is a little long, the light underneath is NOT an LED light, and the filter fell down by itself, once already, without being touched. Hopefully that is a one and done with the filter. Time will tell. I would definitely still recommend this microwave.
