LG makes a great product. The color scheme is a great match for all the stainless appliances I have in my kitchen. Nice quite microwave.

Bought this microwave to replace our 20 yr. old one and have been very pleased. It is very roomy on the inside and has a lot of presets for cooking various items. The sensor cooking works well. I also like that the control pad is glass so it is easy to clean.

Bought this as a replacement to another microwave. Have had no issues and would recommend. The only thing I do not like is that the clock goes off automatically it will not stay illuminated at all times

So far has been a good microwave. I like the gray interior and looks good with my other black stainless appliances. Fan works well. Lots of extra bells and whistles that I don't use.

Good microwave for the money. Much cheaper than most and glad I didn't buy the more expensive LG. This one is fine and we don't use the micro that much anyway. My only gripe is the black shows on the sides a little but that could be my cabinets too.

Easy to use and was easy to install. While it didn’t match exactly with my prior over the range microwave, it was east enough to adjust. Who would think there could just be a start mount and bolt holes!?

Very good product. Almost the same exact as the one that broke. I wanted to order the installation package but the wait is too long. My wife and I installed it. It is so easy even I can do it!

We chose this microwave oven because it matched our oven. It heats up food quickly and quietly. It has a special surface which allows us to clean spills easily. And it was a good value for the price. Overall, we are very pleased with it.

It has great capacity, super easy to clean the inside, no stains or messes. Touch panel works like a dream, absolutely no need to apply pressure. I've only used the microwave mode. Have not used the convection oven mode yet.

LG impresses me more and more. This microwave is so much quieter than the unit I replaced. Didn't realize until I ordered it that it's the same model my daughter has had for a couple years now and she very satisfied!

We purchased as a compliment to an LG slide in range we purchased. Overall it looks very nice. It functions well, buttons are easy to use and the internal dimension is larger than our previous microwave, so it fits bigger items, which is nice. The cook power is sufficient, although I must say, it doesn't cook popcorn as well as I thought it would. The above range light works well and offers a enough light. The vent fan (we only vent internally) has multiple settings, is quiet enough, but also can really move some air when needed. Overall, so far (2 months), we are happy with the unit.

This microwave is replacing a 2 year old Samsung unit that had great features on paper but didn't work. This unit works so much better. Every feature works like you would expect it to. My family loves the soften ice cream and popcorn buttons.

I really like this microwave. It has a lot of features and I love having two racks so we can microwave two dishes at the same time. I also like that it comes in black stainless steel so it matches all our other appliances.

Great size for anything you need to microwave. Wish they offered a connection option in all models. The center rack that's included really doesn't come in handy that often. We removed our because it was always in the way

On recommendation from Consumer Reports, we chose the LG as a replacement for our defunct Samsung. It performs as advertised, it installed with very little fuss, we are very happy with our choice

Bought as a kitchen set and it has been great. The set looks and functions great and this piece is no exception. We haven't found much use for the wire rack that comes with it so we just took it out. Cooks great and we are happy with it!

Replaced an old microwave with this new LG model. Love that it is larger than our last one but fit in the same space without modifications to cupboards. Daily use for past year has not taken a toll on it. Recommend!

This microwave is exactly what I was looking for. Great looking and operating without too many features. It has a the features you need without all the extra that costs more money and you hardly ever use.

PROS: It's a microwave...it heats well enough --water and re-heating so far. The controls are quite diff. than my last one, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. Nice looking Looking forward to using the rack--see if it is useful. CONS; Glass is so dark, you cannot see what is inside--is it boiling?, bubbling over??? HORRIBLE ! Therefore, light appears very dim. Fairly loud when running--add the fan and it's even louder. The turning device /path for it/ glass plate as well do not fit well together. It takes too long to get the plate to fall into place ( if comparing to other ovens )
