After the two previous over-the-oven microwaves that we had nothing but issues with, this LG product has been a real pleasure. The settings are easy to understand, the controls work well, and it is very good looking to boot.

Large capacity. Seems to cook hotter than my old G.E. Rather difficult to see inside while it is running. Other than that, it performs well

Bought this a couple weeks. Its quieter than our old one. Only complaint so far is the light over the range is much dimmer than our last one. Could definitely stand a brighter light.

I replaced an older GE Advanium Oven with this LG Microwave. I had only used the GE as a microwave in the past so decided not to pay $1000 to replace it. So far I like the LG. It looks good and is large enough to heat a casserole.

This over-the-range microwave has a simple design and operation. The best features are the cooking sensor -- and you can just add :30 immediately without dialing in a specific time. I also like the defrost feature.

Its just easy to use...powerful and has so many options. Not only that as we have never had one that was a range hood too. HUGE difference in the kitchen and really does not take up much space at all.

I like this microwave a lot! The stainless steel and printproof feature is very nice and so easy to keep clean. Even and quick cooking or reheating. Highly recommend this unit!

It's usually nice and quiet, but once in a while the plate rattles a little. Not bad though. I like that it has indents on the bottom, so if something overflows, it shouldn't go all over the bottom, just in one spot. Is quieter than my last one too.

We replaced our old microwave with this new LG and it has been great. There are so many settings and you can do just about anything with it...defrost, cook or reheat. It's also very large inside. It looks great with our other new LG appliances.

Good at evenly heating food. Wish the rack had 2 positions. The timer will sound for a bit then turn off..so if you don't hear it at first then you miss it.

My microwave died right after Thanksgiving. We decided to upgrade all of our kitchen appliances. Best Buy had the BEST prices on the LG brand. We love our new microwave!

I purchased this microwave on sale at Best Buy to replace a Professional Series microwave that failed and there were several immediately noticeable differences. First, the microwave operation was much quieter than my previous microwave. Even the fan operation was quieter, when running at the lower speeds. The interface is very nice and the microwave is attractive. The only downsides are that it is difficult to see into the microwave through the front window when operating and that the front of the microwave does show fine grease particles after cooking on the stovetop. Overall, a very attractive and quiet microwave with a good warranty.

Just got installed today and is working great. The team that shipped the product were easy to work with, called ahead of time to know when it would be delivered and made my job easy!

I have not had this long but I have used it quite a bit. seems to do everything I need. I mostly use the microwave to warm up or melt items, it works great and is easy to use.

This was an open-box item. Looks good and works as it should. Install and delivery crew was fast and professional.

Our 20-year-old OTR microwave finally kicked the bucket, and we were at a loss to find a suitable replacement among so many choices. We are very happy to have come across this LG OTR microwave. It has all the functions we need and performs very well. The interior is quite spacious. And yet the price is so reasonable. The Best Buy/Geek Squad delivery and installation was also very reasonably priced, and we received a great value by purchasing this product. One cautionary note: The exterior of this microwave does attract fingerprints. All it takes is to wipe them off, but, if you are a scrupulous type, this fact may become an issue. Not for us, however.

So many options, smooth as can be to operate, love every faucet of its ability to cook a meal, easy installl easy cooking, the way to go for dependable cooking

We purchased this microwave as a replacement for one that went bad. I love this microwave. Very simple to use and heats food very well. Also is smudge proof with finger prints!

We purchased this microwave to replace an older one. I wanted one that would allow me to vent it to the outside of my house. The microwave was easy to install including the vent. YouTube has some great videos to make it easy.
