LG stuff simply lasts longer than the competition. This microwave is a worthy addition, I love the smart element and that it looks sleek above the range. Installation wasn't that straightforward so be prepared to ask for help

The microwave offers many features and works great. Lots of options for reheating, melting, and cooking meals. Lots of space inside and we have had no issues since installing.

The actual window of the microwave is a LOT smaller than what it initially appears to be. Once you have this mounted at an over the range height, you can barely see in unless your 7 feet tall. The same goes for the the display. You have to step back to see the display due to it being recessed a bit. If your standing too close, you can't see the display, but this is just a minor issue. I wish the lighting underneath was LED, but it's not. I was surprised at how hot the inside got after the light being on for only a little while. Still, a great value. Works very well.

Little tricky to get it leveled however once installed it works great. Sleek, easy to use, and looks great. Have had for a month or so now, no issues.

Best Buy do a great job in installing it over our stove, and we have not had any problems with it. I’m glad we chose to go with Best Buy...
