Love this micro! Built solid, quiet! Has all the perks I wanted, especially a timer. I always have good experience when I buy from Best Buy.

ONLY HAD 2 MONTHS BUT WORKS GREAT . HAD A SAMSUNG SAME STYLE LASTED 2 YEARS CONTROL PANEL WENT BAD . COST OF CONTROL PANEL FROR SAMSUNG & LABOR WAS MUCH MORE THAN NEW LG QUALITY MICRO . MY EXPERANCE WITH ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT DOES NOT LAST .WHEN UNDER WARRENTY THEY TRYED TO FIX , DID NOT FIX BUT BY THE TIME SAMSUNG GETS AROUND TO FIXING MICROWAVE MY WARRANTY WAS OVER . IT BROKE UNDER WARRENTY & SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE DRAGED OUT THE BAD FIX THAT NEVER WORKED THEN CONTACTED ME WITH A BILL TO FIX WHAT A JOKE I WILL NEVER BUY OR OWN ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT EVER

Very quiet. Looks great. My only complaint is that the window to the inside is small and quite dark so it is a little difficult to see what you are cooking.

Does everything defined in the ad. Good performance. I do miss being able to raise the rack another notch higher, like my previous microwave.

It's a well made unit and it does what it's supposed to do. It could be better. The window is small and hard to see in. If you are under 5'5", you'll need a ladder to see in. I'm 5' 8" and have to get up close to see in. The previous GE machine we used had easy on feature where you only had to push the number to get it to run for that many minutes. (1 gave you one minute and so on). This one only has a 30 second "add-on" which works the same way so we have to hit a few times for the desired effect. No big deal, just a feature. Otherwise, like I said, it does what it's supposed to do.

This microwave seems to last longer than expected. Nice looking and user friendly operation. Great replacement unit, no regrets whatsoever!

Excellent buy. I got a fridge and dishwasher at the same time. Did not think the microwave would be my favorite piece. Easy to install and heats in 1/4 the time of my old unit.

We have LG appliances and wanted to match the handles of all the appliances, which led us to this unit. It was well-reveiewed in Consumer Reports. The unit works fine. Our only complaint is that the visible area of the glass on the door for viewing is small. The only way I can see what is happening to the food is stand on my tip-toes; I'm 6' tall. Unless my wife gets on a step-stool, she cannot see the food cooking. This is an issue. Otherwise we are pleased with the unit.

This is a younger brother of a microwave that I had for 13 years and it has picked up where the other one left off in quality performance and reliabillity.

This replacement unit has slightly larger capacity than our old one, yet overall outside measurements remain the same, at a great price. The two men who installed the unit were very professional as well as pleasant

Good value for the price. Fairly easy to install and has easy features for rehearing leftovers and other foods. First one came in with a demt and they sent out a replacement immediately.

Purchased this microwave because the handle matched the neighboring fridge. Worked great, high power, cooked evenly, never any issues with door, big readable display, loud alarm (liked). Used it over a counter with a toaster oven below. This unit has a vent and can be used over a range so the vent filtered some of the oven air. It has a two stage light and fan. Nice for under cabinet lighting. What I liked most about it is the Power Level was very intuitive. Press the number of minutes then power and choose poer level. And go.

This is the second LG appliance I have purchased in the past couple of months, and my experience with both of them is that, when you get the final product, it is pretty good. However, I had to do an exchange on both of them -- on this MW, the turntable didn't work properly, while the other one was a large, special-order stove so it took about two months to get that replaced with a satisfactory item. Best Buy was very good in both instances, working with me to get me the product I wanted each time. However, I say "Good luck!" to you when you order an LG appliance -- don't throw the receipt away before you are fully satisfied.

It’s so quiet in comparison to my old one. Love the popcorn feature. Everything is heated evenly. The service that installed it was great too. So fast!

Apparently, you cannot get a 1500W microwave any longer. This 1000W microwave still does the job of a 1500W microwave but does it more efficiently. It seems to heat more evenly than my previous 1500W unit. I found that I need to add a few more seconds to the cook times but my 1500W would heat some portions of the food to near volcanic temperatures while other areas were still cold. This unit is efficient and even in it's cooking. I have not had the unit very long but so far it shown to be a very good purchase. One drawback, the cook light is too dim.

Purchased this microwave at the Tuscaloosa, AL Best Buy store. Great customer service! Although they were out of stock, and there was a 30-day period before we could get ours delivered, the wait was well worth it. Delivery was "on time" and by 2 very courteous young men. Installation was a snap! This was a replacement for one that finally died. There was no need to install the mounting brackets, as the GE brackets matched the LG microwave to a "T"! Took longer to read the instructions than it did to do the installation, done by myself and my son. Setup was straight forward, with no problems occurring. Center shelf is a nice feature. Am looking forward to many years of service from this unit!

I love the black stainless, looks sleek. I have not had any problems with this item, heats up things quickly and evenly.
