This microwave is a replacement for 10 year old version of the same brand. It fit perfectly (and easily) in the space over the stove but it is little larger vertically, which is means it is easier for 5'3" me to reach. It is sleek looking and easy to use. We ordered it on line and had Best Buy deliver and install a couple of days later. The whole process could not have gone better.

Do yourself a favor and just buy a cheaper microwave because that is what you're getting with this thing. I have owned it for approx. 18 months. The light quit working about a week after the warranty expired. Some days it will melt butter in 30 seconds, some days it is two minutes all on the same power setting. I have a LG washer and dryer (over 10 years old), an lg range and an lg dishwasher. They all have been great appliances but this microwave has definitely changed my mind on what the quality has been recently. It definitely is not reliable.

This microwave is very sleek and I love the stainless steel. Very easy to clean. When it comes to appliances, LG products shine. Not so much with their TVs though.

When my old microwave broke down, I decided to upgrade to better microwave. This LG is big and spacious as well as powerful. Food heats up pretty hastily and the modern look is much appreciated.

The final piece of out kitchen appliance upgrade. We love all of our LG appliances and this one is no exception. I know it is difficult to get too excited about a microwave but the technology on this one and the sleek design doesn't disappoint.

The LG 2.0 Cu. Ft. works great. Like the fact that the fan is not as loud as previous ones we owned even on high it's pretty quiet. The cooking sensor is on point, it doesn't dry up, or under cook your food. I like the defrost option as well. Only draw back on it would be the rack is too low and can't fit a regular size coffee cup in there without having to remove it. The option to remove sound (beeping) when done is a great option too. Easy to use and easy to clean. The preset cook options are handy and has more options to chose from our last microwave.

It looks good. The sensored cooking is reliable. Everything from quickly boiling a cup of water, popping popcorn, or just heating up a plate of leftovers has been as simple as selecting an option. Itʻs removed a lot of guesswork and has made the microwave absolutely fit into an essential tool in my kitchen. I donʻt bother with the WiFi features as Iʻm not about to supply yet another company with needless information.

Sleek looking. Love the 4 defrost settings, the 4 fan speeds, and the 30 sec timer. This is a quiet microwave. I love it. Easy to clean and operate.

its a very microwave it does what microwaves do. it does look nice but i do not prefer this touch feature. It will probly last a few more years and ill have to buy another. I had quite a hard time installing it as it was a bit different than the other over the range microwave that i had also bought from best buy. They seem to last around 4 or 5 years. mine is over 2 years old. My dad has a tappan over the range that has lasted over 25 years. i bought my house and it had a brand new whirlpool and the megatron went out on it after a few years so i through it out not realizing they would have fixed it for free. So i bought one one on best buy and put it in myself. the megatron also went out on that after like 4 years. the part was under warranty but not the labor. thats funny because the labor would cost as much as a brand new one almost. so i bought this one. These warranties they sell to you are lies. I like this microwave. it was a bit tricky to install if you arent used to doing this. It was over an inch higher than my old one so now you can see where i didnt finish the back splash. I dont like the buttons can just be touched because that bs. This product does work but its just average. I got a good deal on it. For the deal id give it like a 3.8. I wouldnt pay more than i did. Id give it like a 3.9 altogether. it works as its supposed to. I think i paid about 357 after tax and after 50 a month i think it paid off quite quickly. I didnt even notice the payments. 50 a month when u make pretty good is nothing obviously at only 7 months. It works good it looks good. it is what it is is. good thing i had the best buy card because I would have not liked to have to pay that all at once cuz im cheap. also i think a lot of ppl complained because you cant see into it. im 6 ft tall so i see into it fine but if i was my wife or someone under 5ft 9 ya youre not going to be able to see into it while its cooking. which is a GIGANTIC bummer. that was an epic mistake. If youre under 5'9 then for just that reason you could reduce a star.

This is a nice microwave. It looks great, has all of the standard features, and has good performance. We do have some dishes that got hot in our old microwave and with this new microwave they are even hotter.
