Microwave is easy to use and looks nice. Only drawback was the light underneath which is not very bright.

We had the same model before we remodeled and decided we would purchase the same model because it was easy to use. Keep it simple.

Purchased this microwave because the control buttons were on the side as opposed to the bottom – which is a new style for LG microwaves now. Beautiful microwave...works wonderfully.

This microwave is an awesome replacement for the previous one I had. It fit well into the space and the installation team from Geek Squad was second to none.

Within a yr of a new to me home, I had to replace 2 major kitchen (fridge and oven) appliances during a pandemic, great! Everything was sold out, everything left was stainless steel (which I wanted white, but during the pandemic that was just downright impossible for me to attain). I happily chose LG and decided to replace all 4 major appliances so they’d match and so they would all be on the same ‘life cycle’. Unfortunately I’m not as happy with this microwave as I am with my other appliances. It’s horrible to see into, make sure you don’t have it mounted too high on the wall or you’ll never see what your cooking. The door is always in my way as it opens to the wall. Also it seems to only cook best if using the preset options? Weird! I don’t like using presets, but if I want to reheat a plate of food, or microwave a frozen something or other, I have to go searching for those directions inside of the door jam so it cooks correctly, if you use the normal cooking way, you’ll be there forever and nothing will cook up evenly. All in all, I would not suggest this microwave to others to be bought

Great microwave, easy to use and great performance. It was very easy to install and fit perfectly in the available space.

This unit mounted easily to the wall and cabinet structure. The microwave works well and is pretty well built. Buttons are not too complicated.

The microwave is quieter than ones I've had in the past, and zaps my food more efficiently as well. I also like the spaciousness inside, as there is more space to nuke!

We recently replaced our kitchen appliances including the over the range microwave. This model is easy to use with a lot of options and we love the black stainless finish.

I had a Fridgidaire Galaxy Microwave over the range that worked great, which I loved. It was only 6 years old and it just stopped working. Cheaper to get a new one than repair the old one. Was not going to spend the same amount as I did before and not last as long and this one was on sale. Been in for about 3 weeks now. So far the fan/exhaust is far superior than my other one and this one is quieter. Food cooks evenly. The only feature that I truly miss is the one button time feature of 1-6 minutes of cooking. Catch myself hitting the one for one minute all the time. Pleased with this purchase.

Heats quickly. VERY powerful fan above the stove. Wish that the inside light was brighter (very hard to see what's happening with the food inside).

Read that there were some issues with the clock being out all the time to save energy but it does work fine no issues with this . Easy to install and works just as advertised

No complaints at all. Cleans like a dream. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is it does not have the one touch buttons for 1-8 mins.

This is one of the greatest microwaves I've ever had the pleasure of using. It's a beautiful finish and it heats up our food extremely fast. Great product and I highly recommend it.

This microwave is so easy to clean. I never have trouble getting anything off. The sensors are very accurate and food isnt overly heated. Popcorn comes out great!

Very happy with this microwave. It’s easy to use. I like that it has the removable extra shelf. And I like that it sings to us when it’s done.

We purchased as a upgrade from a GE microwave, has alot of nice features. I miss the 1 button cook feature that my other microwave had but everything else is all good

So far we really like this microwave. The black stainless is beautiful and there is plenty of room to quickly heat things up for a family of four.

I love the look of this microwave and it matched the LG range and LG refrigerator that I own perfectly. The fan works great and the stainless steel is pretty easy to clean. One thing I don't like is that the display is a blue color while on my matching range it is green. The time also does not stay on when not in use due to some energy saving feature and it can get pretty annoying. It also does not seem to have a Express cook time setting so I have to enter 1:00 for one minute instead of just pressing 1 and start. You can program a most used time setting but it doesn't help if you want to use a different time.
