Replaced a model that had more settings and buttons. This model is simpler to use and performs all the same functions. The black stainless steel is much easier to keep clean also!

This unit is great. It cooks food quickly and reheats food well. The button layout And functions are very handy. I was able to self install the unit without much difficulty at all.

We bought the base model LG microwave prior to this one and we exchanged it. This microwave works well and has a lot of extra features for just a little more money.

I bought this microwave because of its reviews. The things I do not like is the dark inside. If the inside is dirty you can not see it. I have also noticed the the hinge rubs when it is opened all the way. With all that said it heats fine and does what it is suppose to do.

Nice microwave. Easy to navigate features without having to dig out manual. I like it.

This microwave has all kinds of options and 'pre-programmed' cook modes. Like most people I almost never use any of them. For instance, there is a 'reheat' option. And one of the subheaders is 'tea'. Well, I reheat my tea 5 or 6 times every morning, as I get busy doing things. I thought this would be awesome! Imagine my surprise when it heated it for 5 minutes on full power. This doesn't bother me, since I have figured out long ago how to reheat whatever I needed. It is very attractive, and does what I need. I can ignore the rest.

Cooks great and love the size. Bigger than it looked in store. Switched from counter top to over range, had to cut off part of the cabinet.

Streamline design and easy to use. Haven't tried all the options yet but so far its working great.

I've only been using it for a few weeks but so far I'm really liking it. It also has basic instructions on the inside of the door which keeps you from having to get the book out everytime

Does a good job cooking. My only complaint is the led display. It’s dim and very small. Hard to see from even a few feet away.

Works great. Replaced our old one and no issues at all. Best of all, unlike some Samsung models, it doesn’t beep at you forever when food is done.

Installed easily. Operation is quiet compared to previous microwave. Looks very nice along with other LG Stainless models. Only negative I have is the incandescent bulb versus LED.

We just built our house and got this appliance package and I do not have any complaints so far works great.

I bought this microwave this year and the extend a vent last year prior to moving. I chose this microwave because it’s roughly the same cubic ft. and has almost the same features. The extend a vent is really just a cool feature but doesn’t work any better than this microwave’s vent feature. This microwave is quiet, has 2 levels, and works great so far.

The microwave fit very nicely into the space over the range and is easy to use. The overall size is great and I like the feature of turning off the turntable when needed.
