Very nice product. I have been using it for last 10 days and I am very satisfied. It is much bigger and quieter than my old one.

We bought a new black stainless to got with the new stove. It's easy to use and works very well.

Niçe microwave but, it just didn't work for me. The interior was dark and the door was darker than other microwaves. The controls are on the bottom of the door so I was unable to see into it. Was not able to tell if something was bubbling over. Other than that, I like the look and features it had.

Looks great and easy to use. It matches my other LG products.

Very pretty equipment, ease to use and not loud at all

This microwave works well and isn’t terribly noisy as some are. The window has been mostly blacked out which prohibits one from monitoring what is going on when cooking. In the past we have found it helpful to be able to check on things without opening the microwave door and interrupting the cooking process. We are wondering why the door was mostly blacked out. We were concerned about the interior being black instead of white but haven’t found it to be an issue. We can still easily see what’s inside with the door open.

Heats Evenly. Really large. Loved the clock size easy-to-use easy to read.

Microwave was easy to install myself, its a great looking microwave that works great and doesn't sound loud.

This microwave is a huge upgrade to the Kenmore microwave I replaced. It is designed very well to use every bit of available space inside, without the need to make it larger on the outside. It's very clean looking and no exhaust louvers on the front that are difficult to clean. Everything wipes clean easily and the black stainless steel looks amazing. Even the inside looks stylish with the same color as the exterior. Lots of cooking presets and a convenient guide inside the door.

This unit has capabilities well beyond those required for home cooking. It is easy to maintain. It’s alarms remind the operator what’s next.

A wonderful product that has more features than we need. So easy to use and looks great over our LG range.

We got this to replace our Viking that recently died. It’s definitely much modern looking and the ding that lets you know your food is ready is pleasant sounding. It’s not a chime and reminds me of the ringtones from the 90s. It’s roomy, spacious and I like that there is no bulky handle. It’s also very strong.

Perfect size, larger than most inside, easy to install, and easy to set up and use. Great price on top of that. A+

so far....very pleased with the performance of this microwave....for the money, features are above other microwaves that I have purchased in the past....

Very nice quality, style and features. Has even more pre-programmed cooking functions than we will ever use but is an excellent microwave and couldn't be happier. The Best Buy Installation team did a great job installing it. Very professional, courteous and fast. I highly recommend the Best Buy installation & haul-away process. The TotalTech plan was a great advantage when buying 3 appliances at once. I highly recommend it.

Love this sleek new LG microwave. So far so good no problems and no regrets. It is much quieter than the microwaves that I've had in the past and now only does it chime when finished but since I've hooked it up to my WiFi I get a text letting me know that my food is finished.

The microwave is pretty powerful! Heats evenly and quickly. Installation was easy too, though it was a little heavy. We self-installed it without any issues. It is easy to clean :)
