We ordered this microwave for a condominium unit and it was kept safely in the box for 2 months before the renovation was complete and it could be installed. It worked twice then failed to heat at all. Power, vent fan, lights, rotating platter all working, but absolutely no heating. Because of the time elapsed between purchase and installation, the return date has expired. Geek Squad came out and replaced the magnetron but that didn't work so a 2nd visit will be required after waiting for more parts to be shipped. The microwave has to be uninstalled every time they service it, and it takes 3 failed repairs before Best Buy will just replace the unit. I called and asked for a new unit and was denied. I called LG at Best Buy's request and they said they cannot issue a return authorization until they send their own technician out to attempt repairs. All this when trying to use the home one weekend out of every couple of months, and the repair team requires someone the unit during repairs. Tricky when we are not there and the only times we can be there are when we are trying to enjoy a little break from work (without a functioning microwave). No new microwave should fail after 2 uses and in my book is a lemon without having to suffer through up to 3 repair visits and months of inability to use the unit. All reps have been friendly and professional, but if this is what "Total Rewards" buys you, the program could be FAR more forgiving on products that fail out of the gates. Just offer a replacement unit---at $300, it's far less expensive than sending a team of 2 technicians 3 times, and unmeasurably more convenient for the customer. Questioning my choice of LG and Best Buy for the first time ever....

microwave is fine. does everything it should, nice looking and fairly easy to use.

At this point, the microwave seems to be very efficient for us. The only thing it does not have is a light to come on automatically at a desired time. Basically to be used as a nightlight in the kitchen.

Great microwave, really big looks really great in my kitchen with all my other LG items.

This MW is great. Wife loves how easy it was to operate. Of course there was a slight learning curve, but I am a senior, so there is that. My wife though, is the one who uses it for every thing, and if the wife is happy........plus the installer was great, took a few minutes to review some things, and to make sure it was operating.

It cooks exceptionally well, especially on the auto cook function. Cooks better at 1000 watts than those at 1100w, too. Looks great, and the bottom light is forward to actually be useful. The only complaint is the significant amount of pressure to push the buttons. I'm a strong enough guy and I find it frustrating I have to push hard to get it to work. It isn't exceptional force needed, but it's significantly harder to push than anything else I've owned for any item.

Very easy to use microwave! With all the features included in this microwave it is an incredible product.

We love this new over-the-stove microwave. The color blends beautifully with my LG stove. Everything is by touch and works perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend this product! Tried adding photo, but system won’t allow.

Got this as a replacement for the same model (older) - was a little larger than one that we replaced, but still just fit in the same space (thank goodness!). Matches the other appliances perfectly. Luv the pre-programmed buttons for reheat, defrost, popcorn... Have been really happy with this microwave.

A well-built and functional over-the-range microwave oven. The controls are easy to use and it does its job. My only criticism is that the light beneath the unit that illuminates the cooktop below could be a lot brighter. Other than that, we are very happy with it and recommend it.

Very spacious, easy install, a single flat exterior for simple cleaning.

This is a very good microwave that has lots of features that are easy to use. Installation was not hard.

I bought this microwave and had bestbuy installed it for me. The installation service is good, knowledgeable and friendly Geek Squad. The microwave has touch panel which is very nice, easy to clean surfaces. You can turn on and off the rotating tray. The light inside the microwave could be brighter, but that does not bother me. Overall, i would recommend this microwave.
