We paid the extra money for a microwave with the sensor cooking feature. We were disappointed to find that the sensor doesn’t work any better than a microwave without a sensor. You are still just guessing and have to stay vigilant. We’ve charcoaled popcorn relying on the sensor more than once. The microwave works well. I did expect it to be nicer for the price, but it does the job.

Reheats food evenly. Extra shelf is a bonus. Cooking instructions on inside of microwave.

We had a little old microwave that took a long time warm up things. This one is fast and easy to clean and looks good!

Outstanding product and a great value! Our 9 year old Samsung finally died and we are very pleased with our new LG. It complements our new LG dishwasher also purchased from Best Buy. Customer service rep was great and the installers were knowledgble, efficient and courteous. 5 star service all around, just don't try to call the store in hopes of getting a live person...

The size is perfect for our small family and for additional friends and family.

We haven’t had this microwave very long, but so far it works great and we haven’t had any issues. It did have a small dent in the back but we didn’t want to mess with it since it wouldn’t show. It was a little difficult to install so if you don’t have someone that knows what they’re doing definitely pay to have it installed. My dad is very handy and he had a little trouble with it.

First rate, beats all the wannabe challengers hands down.

The exhaust is strong! It heats evenly and not very noisy.

Price was okay. Install was great - applauded the exceptional team work. The only minor complaint is the inside light is to dim - I like to see my food. But we like the look fits in with our other appliances. Learning the numbers for items i.e., baked potato, reheating a plate of food etc., was fun and tests your memory.

This microwave has all the functions that you will need. Easy to clean and doesn't leave fingerprints

I almost got the lg studio microwave as I purchases the studio cooktop but this matches perfectly and works great.

This microwave looks great and works even better. I highly recommend it.

This microwave does everything we expect from a microwave but I am only giving 4 stars because of the poor design of the window size. Being a Rangehood Microwave, it has to be a certain distance from the range top and for some reason the LG engineers decided the door window didn't need to be positioned so you can see the food cooking without having to stand on your tip toes or a stool.

Practical and easy to use. Warms up different kinds of food easily and quickly.

It had to be ordered, but it came very quickly. Easy to install, and it is even easier to use; very intuitive. Love it.

This microwave might be smarter than Data from Star Trek - the Second Generation. It really makes onerous chores easy.
