It's easy to use, cooks quickly and evenly, and has a pleasant sounding chime when finished; and the chime continues in 30 second intervals until the door is opened to remind you that there is something in the oven. We have several LG appliances that we're very pleased with and this is no exception. Happy to have it.

It was a little taller than the last model, but still easy to install. I could not believe how quiet this unit is when running. I don't really use the selected food feature, but everything else works great.

Having the settings on the vertical is much easier than the horizontal settings we had on the old microwave. Very happy with how the new microwave is working. The Best Buy crew did a great installation.

The new LG microwave was conveniently installed in the exact space of the old unit by the Geek Squad installers. It is fast and easy to clean, with a no fingerprint stainless steel finish.
