So far, fine Just don't like how warm it gets inside the Microwave when you leave the light above the stove on.

I was looking for a good replacement for my busted Kenmore microwave and originally chose a GE unit from a big box High Definition store..... who called the day before delivery (and 10 days after placing the order) to say they were out of stock and would now be delivering in a further 2 weeks... I canceled and came to Best Buy (should have started here I guess) and selected this LG unit as we had great success with an LG washer delivered and installed by Best Buy a few months ago... we wanted a unit that was relatively quiet as well as having a 4 speed fan, and this fit the bill. It was delivered and installed bang on the appointment window, with a couple of calls in advance to say the engineer was on schedule. He installed the microwave with no mess and hauled away the old one. So far the microwave has been perfect - use it pretty much every day and it’s powerful enough for everything that we need - and the fan / filter is great. Easy clean too....

Great microwave with outstanding features. Other reviewers were correct in calling out the company on the lack of an LED bulb. I tried the overnight light and it gets too hot. Change the lightbulb please!

This microwave looks nice and modern and works very well. I also like the sound when it has finished cooking, soft and sweet.

What an upgrade from our previous microwave. Several additional settings with this microwave, ease of use, dependable, we use this product several times a day. Added another LG appliance to our home, highly recommend LG products.

Modern design! My past microwaves the handle has been broken and love that this one does not have it. Matches my new stove too

Pros: It works great, looks sleek, and wifi features are nice. Cons: inwish the buttons were backlit, it is nearly impossible to see the buttons if kitchen lights are not on, thr other is the door is huge, other microwaves make thr door smaller by having controls on the side, but this mkcrowave swings the full 30” so every time you need to step back when uou open the door which is annoying.

Love this microwave very smooth door and easy for my kids to used for they meal, heat quick and when used the defrost don't cook your food like others

Needed to replace my 18 year old microwave that died and just loved the looks of this utterly huge one. All the bells and whistles one could ask for.

Good microwave oven so far. Clean lines and and very large inside. Our old Samsung fell apart and was complete garbage. It went out and just stopped working. This unit seems to be just all around nicer.

The Lg is sleek and obviously a very good microwave. I am not tech savvy, so I am still learning the ins and outs of a smart microwave. I love it

Meet my expectations and looks great as well works great

The door is super long so you need to step back to open it. The black part on the front isn’t entirely a window and you can only see through the top half. This means if you’ve got a plate in there, you can’t see it if you’re 5’5” (not sure how tall you would need to be). It also plays music which I will eventually try to figure out how to turn off. It microwaves fine and the soften ice cream preset works well.

This oven does everything we want it to do. And it is very easy to use.
