The microwave works great. It heats the food much faster than our old one. There are numerous settings for different types of food which takes the guesswork out of trying to figure how long to set it. The installers did an exceptional job and are highly recommended.

It is and works exactly as I expected. It looks very nice in my kitchen. Very simple to learn and has features that my old one did not. Overall, I am very pleased.

Great looking microwave with smartphone controls. My grandson loves the ring it has once your item is ready. My family and I are enjoying this microwave and it’s technology system.

Its a very nice microwave and we love it. Easy to use. Installation was moderate, the only thing that gave me a hard time was the fan. I need it to fan to blow back to the house (I have no vents for the microwave) so it was tricky to turn the fan a certain way to get it facing towards the room.

I love this microwave and all the settings. It’s powerful and easy to use. It looks beautiful too in my kitchen. I just wish the keypad would light up.

I love my other LG appliances, so buying another one was a no-brainer! It is modern and sleek, the fan isn't crazy noisy and the light underneath is cozy. The underneath is easy to clean and I love that the 2 filters come out so easily for cleaning when necessary.

The team was on time, very friendly and professional. The microwave has some great features and easy to use.

All of the built in presets seem to be spot on. The microwave looks great and is easy to clean. The one thing to think about if you are on the shorter side, is that the window to see inside is fairly narrow. In the photo it's the lighter section of the black area of the door.

Very happy with the look and the ease of use. I’m still learning some of the features, but everything is easy to figure out.

A great match with the other 3 appliances we purchased and was essentially “free” with the 10% LG discount on all appliances when buying 4. It is the same size on the outside but bigger on the inside than our old one.
