Best decision to purchase when our GE died and broke. I decided to stay with the LJ family since my washer and dryer is with them and we love the microwave, very spacious and easy to install.

Looks good, works fine and easy to clean, I’m still learning all the features! Installed two months ago, and I’m still observing the quality of the product.

Looks very nice and cooks great! Food gets hit much faster than my older one and it is also very easy to use. If installing your will need help because it’s too heavy to do on your own. Also found the template to be very hard to use for drilling the cabinets.

This is an excellent microwave and was very easy to install. Wish it had "one minute button". It has all the cook levels on a label inside which is very handy. The easy clean outside is great. I would recommend this microwave to a friend.

we love it , it matches the rest of our new appliances. We love the look , but we haven't yet moved in to use it.

Nice microwave at a great price. You put food in it, you press the buttons, it cooks your food and you get to eat it; what's not to love? It's easy to clean and it's got all your basic features you would expect. Nothing but a solid & basic OTR. LG is good stuff.

Love the look. Easy to read digital buttons. Works great is quiet and it matches perfectly with my other appliances is a nice upgrade. I actually saw it at my son's house and I said oh I got to have one like that so ordered it. Have no complaints.

This microwave is really easy to use the thin door allow for little to no strain on my hand. I use it to melt my chocolate and it does it perfectly !***

It looks like a tv in my kitchen. Which I don’t like but it works and does the thing well. My only real issue with it is there are two option for sounds. Way too many or non at all. I hated how many sounds it makes so turned it off now I forgot my food done all the time. Mixed curse.

Love this microwave! Everyone compliments it when they see it. It looks very expensive but is reasonably priced. Glad I made this purchase.

We love this microwave. The fact that it has no handles really works well. It also has a lot more power than the previous microwave that we had.

Really nice microwave. The rack makes a huge difference when cooking multiple items. The convertible vent option (either top front vent or external,) is a nice touch. It's really large inside compared to ones I'm used to (the generic GE 1.6cf.)

I got this unit to match my black stainless fridge. It has all the standard good features, popcorn, 30sec, sensor, etc. Another positive is the control panel is glass instead of plastic membrane. What I don't like is the window into the cooking area is half way blocked off so you can barely see in especially at above the stove height. I believe they did this because their step up model puts the controls on the door, so they save money on parts, but I can't see in like my previous Whirl Pool. Also it uses G8 pin halogen bulbs that are dimmed down instead of LEDs and it's hard to find a LED replacement for them, above the stove and in the cooking chamber. The Halogens run hot and are not bright enough for me and obviously will use more energy than LEDs. But the unit matches my stove, fridge, and dishwasher and cooks just fine.

Nice looking microwave but again always showing fingerprints. My old one had a quick start button for 1-6 minutes. One touch ease if this one has it I haven’t been able to find it. The viewing window is also too small and too dark can’t barely see anything while cooking.

Bought this as a replacement for another LG. Was easy to install and worked fine. Had trouble finding all the parts until I looked on the outside of the shipping padding. (Called Best Buy, but was put on hold.) Used exercise ball to lift and hold oven while I installed it, making it a one person job.

I found this microwave very easy to operate and very little noise

I am happy with it but my husband says it does not get his TV dinners or soup as hot as he is used to and my son says he doesn't like the size of the display numbers. My husband does not use the pre sets. I found that the preset for soup gets it very hot indeed.

I love this microwave. The interior is super easy to clean and it has all the right features for a great price. Plus Best Buy delivery is very professional, safe and they have great customer service. It would be hard to go wrong with this one!

Very pleased with our purchase. Although we were hesitant at first to try something beyond the normal brand the LG microwave has exceeded our expectations. The staff at BestBuy were extremely helpful as we had to cancel our first order due to manufacturer delays.
