This microwave is the quietest ever. So far I am very satisfied with it. It looks good as well.

The microwave is louder then my previous one but it works great. It's easy to keep clean.

While we have only had the Microwave for a short while we have been very pleased with it. It looks very nice in the spot where we replaced the old unit and it was a perfect fit. We really like the 4 speed fan which does a great job and is very quite compared to the unit we replaced. We are still learning as it has many features we have not tried yet. We have a washer and dryer from LG and we have been very happy with them

With this microwave purchase, I downgraded from my current microwave features. I miss the automatic night light feature. I need to physically turn on the light. I am unhappy with the door closure because there seems to be some "friction" when operating the door. I am happy with the easy cleaning feature for the interior. The interior wipes clean easily. Unfortunately, the "viewing window" is limited when food is cooking.

Unit has perform well so far; however, volume is very loud and cannot be controlled. The stove light on the unit becomes very hot (untouchable) if on high. Little concerned about build quality because shell seems thin and bends when top screws are tightened. Had to return first unit due to small dent in front - no damage to the box. Annoying but Best Buy replaced without issue.

so far so good. It looks great works well. I wish it had buttons set up for automatic 1-9 keys to correspond to 1-9 minutes of cooking just to speed it the process. The only thing I noticed is the bottom of the microwave tends to be pretty hot when you have the underneath light running for a long time.

This microwave works as intended. However, after having mine catch fire due to the metal rack inside I no longer keep it inside. They said the rack was safe to use so you could cook multiple items, I no longer believe that. Overall a solid microwave, no problems.

Our built-in microwave was damaged by a lightening strike. I called LG seeking a direct replacement. After waiting 2 months for LG to deliver the replacement to Best Buy, when the installers opened the box, it was damaged. The sales associate knew we did not want to wait months for another replacement. He recommended a substitute microwave and it is better than the original, we are happy customers.

It's a sharp looking style, price was reasonable, works great.
