I've only had this OTR Microwave for a week and so far happy with it. Issue is that it is advertised on the website as having a "grill element" which is one of the reasons I bought it. It does not have a grill element. Best Buy needs to fix their website.

Bought an "open box" LG Stainless over the range microwave. It was a display model. Works great, but installation was a hassle due to not having the required back bracket with the unit. Best Buy ordered the missing bracket and had it shipped to me at no cost. Took about a week to get it, but not a problem as I was not ready to install the microwave when I purchased it. (Check for all parts).

Don't miss the old one! Everything is great. no problems.

After my old microwave required replacement, found this model was the best one in the price range I was seeking. The build quality was better than the others, especially the door latches which work very well due to their unique design. The sides are also molded vs. smooth which prevents the metal from bending once installed and subject to the force of the top mounting screws.

Good clean look and very easy to use. Has good space and like the rack feature.

Only used 7 or 8 times. Recently hooked up. So far no issues. Easy to use.

This microwave looks great in our kitchen and is very easy to operate.

Looks nice and functions well. Easy to understand. Big enough for large dishes.

Does not have express cook, inside kind of dark and metallic food cover does not adhere to top of unit. Add 30 seconds button should be highlighted and away from light of unit. Seems to cook hotter than my last microwave.

This microwave is amazing!! I love all the features which include turning off the turn table if you want to and heating up a small child's meal which is perfect for someone who has a small child/ children making sure their food is not to hot but just right is important. I'm so happy with my newly upgraded kitchen!!

looks great with all the other appliances and price was even better

I replaced the range hood that came with the house (built in 1989) at my significant other's urging, and we (i.e. she) decided to go with stainless steel. The microwave seems to run great-it's a little bit of an adjustment to reach up for the microwave (used to a countertop model) but the look is a huge improvement over what was there. Good value as well.

Exterior is sleek and attractive. Has all the features that I normally use and I use the microwave a lot! The controls are easy to understand and use. The gray interior makes it a bit difficult to see splatters but that is not necessarily a bad thing. I wish the display was a bit brighter as my kitchen is sunny but I can live with that since the microwave works well!

Have no issues at all with this microwave. Easy to install and to clean

Received my new microwave today looks real nice. My only complaint is when you are heating something up the light isn't on, so you can't see the food inside of the microwave why'll its cooking. Never seen one like this. Wish it did I like to see my food to make sure its not over cooking.

i purchased this microwave to replace one that shorted out after a little over a year. I am very pleased with all the functions. I've used more of of the special REHEAT and COOK buttons that I ever did on any of our previous microwaves and all have worked really well. I would highly recommend.
