Very easy to use. The controls were easy to use from the first use.

Buttons are hard to push. The buttons also show a lot of finger prints.

Was a nice addition to replace old vent hood and add space saving microwave at the same time. Pleased with the microwave power and feature set. Position for where the mounting bolts asymmetrical, but included templates for installation were very helpful. Great unit!

Received my new microwave today looks real nice. My only complaint is when you are heating something up the light isn't on, so you can't see the food inside of the microwave why'll its cooking. Never seen one like this. Wish it did I like to see my food to make sure its not over cooking.

So far so good. Love the extra space inside you get due to the door design. It is great for larger plates. I love the fan. We purchased this model due to the fan and it is definitely one we would recommend if you cook heavy over gas stoves and have a more powerful kitchen exhaust!

After my old microwave required replacement, found this model was the best one in the price range I was seeking. The build quality was better than the others, especially the door latches which work very well due to their unique design. The sides are also molded vs. smooth which prevents the metal from bending once installed and subject to the force of the top mounting screws.

This microwave is amazing!! I love all the features which include turning off the turn table if you want to and heating up a small child's meal which is perfect for someone who has a small child/ children making sure their food is not to hot but just right is important. I'm so happy with my newly upgraded kitchen!!

Bought an "open box" LG Stainless over the range microwave. It was a display model. Works great, but installation was a hassle due to not having the required back bracket with the unit. Best Buy ordered the missing bracket and had it shipped to me at no cost. Took about a week to get it, but not a problem as I was not ready to install the microwave when I purchased it. (Check for all parts).

Only used 7 or 8 times. Recently hooked up. So far no issues. Easy to use.

i purchased this microwave to replace one that shorted out after a little over a year. I am very pleased with all the functions. I've used more of of the special REHEAT and COOK buttons that I ever did on any of our previous microwaves and all have worked really well. I would highly recommend.

The stainless steel piece at the top of the unit doesn’t have that break in it like lots of models do so all you see is silver. Not silver with a thin black stripe on it. I know, picky, picky. Guilty! Oh, and it has a dark interior.

I replaced the range hood that came with the house (built in 1989) at my significant other's urging, and we (i.e. she) decided to go with stainless steel. The microwave seems to run great-it's a little bit of an adjustment to reach up for the microwave (used to a countertop model) but the look is a huge improvement over what was there. Good value as well.
