Installer was well equipped and did not have any problems. My problem is being 4'9" tall and unable to view the window from the floor when I need to set it. It is too high. I notified the store and they are sending someone out to see how to remedy this.

Great microwave....LG.. I never have problems with an LG product. I have an LG phone and it's 3 years old and still operates great. I recommend any LG product. Hoping to get many years use out of the new LG microwave

Love the controls, except that it lacks a ‘keep warm’ setting, and it’s a 1000 watt microwave (wish it were 1200 watts). The interior is very easy to keep clean and there is a shelf for adding a 2nd item. I love the large turntable. Would recommend, even with the 2 shortcomings listed above.

This microwave added the finishing touches to our complete LG kitchen remodel. It looks great, cooks evenly and the touch pad is very sensitive to your touch and doesn't need to be pressed so hard. Great for kids! The shelf is great for cooking 2 items at once and is easily removed to cook larger items. Very happy with the purchase.

We have owned GE microwaves, almost exclusively, in the past. I've been very pleased with this purchase. The LG looks amazing, feels like it's very-high quality, and has done everything we've asked it to do. We've just started to explore all of the pre-sets and the convenience programs and we're very impressed. Recommended!

Reviewed several models of microwave, wanted something stainless steel, since we are updating our kitchen. The directions for installation weren't was clear as I would have hoped but microwave is installed and working great. The larger cooking area is nice and the fan is a nice addition from previous GE.

I purchased this over-the-range microwave to replace the 10-year old GE microwave. The stainless steel appearance is nice looking and easy to clean. With the existing rack on the dry wall and the vent, the installation is easy like a breeze. I only drilled two holes in the top cabinet for the bolts through. It is lightweight compare to the old one. Easy to use.

the look and space are amazing and it heats in less time than my old one
