So far, it's really excellent, great features, classy look, etc. Th eonly complaint, and it's minor, is that the glass window on the front is both small and very dark; such that you can't see through it very well. Apart from that, it's an excellent unit.

My only complaint with this microwave is that the window for washing the microwave is very small. It's not something you notice when you were looking at it in the store but there is a black film that covers most of the viewing area. Outside of that it works great.

Cooks fast. Attractive stainless steel features. Quiet.

Overall power and space is as good as the best out there. However the interior of the microwave is a slate grey, and the light is too small to sufficiently light up what you are cooking. Add to that the tinted and very very small glass window on the door, and my wife's only method of checking the food is by opening the door. Also, the lack of one-touch settings (my old microwave would allow you to press "1" and "cook" for a minute, up to 9 min, which was nice) makes it hard to adjust to.. You get what you pay for, and this is a nice looking over the range microwave with lots of space and power.

Like the actual machine but there instructions were lackluster. Had to watch several YouTube videos and make educated guess in several steps. Ultimately I installed it right but I could see others struggling with following the instructions, especially the templates for where to drill holes

Heats very well. Lots of room. Very modern looking.

Beautiful appliance when paired with our other LG pieces.

The more I use this microwave the better I like it. The only drawback is that the window is small and so high that I cannot see what is cooking in it. Otherwise it's great. The buttons for special items save time.

This LG over the oven microwave is easy to use. It provides excellent illumination to the cooktop below. The fan has different levels. The control panel is nicely lit and easy to use. I like that I can turn off the turntable if necessary.

After shopping for a Microwave at other large stores, I was lucky to find this microwave at a great price. I purchased, picked up curbside and cancel the one I ordered from Home Depot that was not scheduled to come in till weeks after I purchased this one.

Looks fantastic and works exactly as it is intended to.

the microwave works exactly as promised and easy install

I don't know why but I had to pick this up at the store. They wouldn't deliver it with the other appliances I ordered. maybe because it's made in China and the rest of the LG appliances I bought were made in Korea. This is the second one. The first was damaged in the box. The microwave oven works well. The problems I have with it is the display turns on and off on its own and there is very poor visibility when it is running. Also, after installing it per installation instructions and templates, the top of the unit is so flimsy that the front of the microwave is tilted downward. I can see through the gap at the top of the unit that the mounting screws are tight yet the front still sags down. I'm little bummed out. Time to call for service.

Excellent performance, popcorn button gives perfect results. Reheat options are helpful. Defrost is good.
