The controls are quite diff. than my last one, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. Nice looking Looking forward to using the rack--see if it is useful. CONS; Glass is so dark, you cannot see what is inside--is it boiling?, bubbling over??? HORRIBLE ! Therefore, light appears very dim. Fairly loud when running--add the fan and it's even louder. The turning device /path for it/ glass plate as well do not fit well together. It takes too long to get the plate to fall into place ( if comparing to other ovens )

I like that it has indents on the bottom, so if something overflows, it shouldn't go all over the bottom, just in one spot. Is quieter than my last one too.

It is so much quieter when in use. My wife love the butter softener feature. It is very easy to use and the fan is quiet except on highest setting.
