Needed a new microwave to replace our old broken one. This one is quiet and operates quite well. Lots of settings to perform many scenarios you might need and it's all just touch, don't have to push the buttons. The inside is spacious as well to fit most anything you might need to throw in.

I bought this for my son and daughter in law, they loved it, they had all LG appliances they bought in the summer, the only thing they didn't buy, was a microwave, theirs went out, so I surprised them at Christmas

Printproof stainless steel works very well. Wife loves the sensor cooking - didn't even know that ice cream thawing was a thing! Not sure about the dark colored interior - all previous microwaves had white interiors.

I like the depth of the tray included with the unit. I'm sure it will be helpful for cleanup of my spills! We guys appreciate the little extras! The control panel is easy to operate and clean.

I purchased a floor model LG over the range microwave & couldn't be happier. I additionally saved on installation my installing it myself. The sales staff was helpful by printing me a copy of the owners manual which it lacked because it was a floor model

The over the range microwave is top quality, does the job it’s intended to, but the lighting underneath that shines down on the stove is very dim on the high setting. Part of the reason it only has 1 light compared to the one I replaced that had 2 lights

Meets expectations. Interior lighting is not as bright as my old model but is acceptable. Timer only beeps 7 times before shutoff. Would prefer continuous ringing until you turn it off.

Works fine, bought it for office lunch room, no problems so far. Bought it as Best Buy outlet, should have done better inspection, unit was boxed but when open it was dented. Mounted over oven with fine with little difficulty.

Works great - Sensor and the turntable are useful features (had to get rid of the rack). The only issues were the amount of time and the number of attempts it took to have the microwave delivered and installed.

The microwave works great. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the beeper sound can not be adjusted. It’s a bit too loud when it goes off. My old GE microwave sound was adjustable. Didn’t realize how much I liked that feature until it was gone.

Best feature to me is the 4 fan speed setting. There’s Low, Mid, High, and Turbo. At Low, very quiet so you can actually hold a conversation while utilizing fan. Love the glass touch surface.

From the first contact with a sales person, to the scheduling on the phone for delivery times, to the actual installation. All these people were friendly and helpful. Best Buy did a good job.

The LG stainless steel micro works great. In our installation the microwave is a bit too high in order to see what is cooking in the microwave. A larger window for viewing would help.

I have not had the microwave very long but so far I'm happy with it. I had a Kenmore Elite (which was made by LG) so I'm fairly used to. One issue is you can't see into the microwave.

Purchased as part of an appliance package. Has already exceeded my expectation due to the fact it has quite a few features that I didn't realize when purchasing. The preset for baked potato worked perfect - potato was cooked with no hard spots!

I purchased this as a part of a package for my kitchen remodel and I am extremely pleased with it. I did not check, but was hoping that I was an inch longer.

Old microwave was too low to range so we replaced cabinet so it was higher for back dial range. If going with a front dial range and microwave seems to low to range, don't replace cabinet:)

I especially like the Custom Cook feature. I programmed it to reheat my mug of coffee at 100% power for one minute and 20 seconds. My coffee is perfect and the mug is not to hot to handle every time. Great machine.

Easy to set up and install but the power seems to be a little lower than the GE we had prior. Also, the shelf is so low that it has to be removed most of the time. Would be nice to have it higher. But definitely a good microwave for the price.

I replaced this LG with a really old one. I am soo happy with that. Just be careful with rotating internal fan since it supports 3 different exhausts and also another peace of info for DIY fans. It is not a one man job.
