It seems like the fan is a bit loud but not awful. Installed ourselves - had a little difficulty getting it to install flush, but finally got it. I have been using it for a couple of weeks. So far, I would recommend it.

You can put any number of seconds in the timer or going in steps of 30 seconds. It is very easy to use the automatic timing for different kinds of food. The fan has 4 speeds and the light 2 intensity levels. I wish it had LED light

Gave 4 stars since the door is tinted very dark; there is a small square in center of door where only tall people can see through. Buttons are digital, so it isn't hard to push them, it senses your touch so only a light touch is needed and works every time for me. The stovetop light is very bright - which is what I was looking for! The button for the stovetop light is in the center of other buttons, so it's a little hard to find in the dark (my old microwave had the button in bottom corner so it was easy to find). Vent works perfectly and I love the 4 speeds from low to turbo. Also love all the space inside. I did my research before purchase and am very pleased. Overall great microwave, great purchase!
