I had one just like this in my previous house and loved it. Sold the house and when I saw this on sale, I knew that this house needed the upgrade. Nice features and the interior is big enough for most of my dishes.

I am on my third microwave and so far so good. Space is decent. Love the eco button to shut off display when not needed. Also love the ability to turn off turntable when placing odd sized containers in microwave. Installation was simple .

I love LG products and Best Buy had exactly what I wanted in stock and installed within a week! The installers were done before I knew it and I couldn’t love the result more!!

The new microwave looks great and heats well and evenly. My only concern is the keypad is a bit hard to use. I have to push a few buttons at least twice before it seems to recognize it.

It works well but it is difficult to get the controls on the plastic panel to respond. You have to push quite hard. I should have selected a different panel, preferably glass. Did not realize that the plastic does not respond well.

I'm enjoying using my microwave; however, it's difficult for me to see inside the small window. And it's difficult for me to see the complete display. Still learning how to use.

It looks good, the technicians who came to install it on 1/2/21 were excellent, it took them no time to installed it, they were clean and pleasant. Purchase date was November not August.

My LG Microwave died and to speed up the swap out process, I ordered this one hoping the mounts were identical. They were very close and I only had to drill one new hole in the top cabinet. The complaint I have is that they blacked out the bottom 1/2 of the already small window. Even at 6'-3", I have to tippy toe to see if my food is boiling over. My wife can't see in at all. Some engineer wasn't thinking on this one.

Smaller than we expected, but looks good and works well. We use it for the light as well as the fan (and microwave function). Matches the appliances we bought as a set.

replaced a range countertop hood with this microwave oven. The fan speeds, light on range options are very good. It works perfectly for the job it is designed for - heating up the food properly as per setting.

We had to get accustomed to a new brand but it seems to be working well. Our previous Best Buy microwave, a Panasonic didn't even last 2 years, but the prior Panasonic lasted eight years.

We are very pleased with this microwave. The installers were prompt and courteous and did a wonderful, neat job. The microwave is quiet, with features we use often, including reheating.

My old microwave went bad, so I bought this microwave from bestbuy, lg brand. Fit right into wall mount. Just have to adjust back bracket in the to hold against the wall.. will buy again

Have owned this about 4 years and the plastic inside the door that holds the handle in place has degenerated so badly that the bottom of the handle pulls out. There are only two of us in the house, our kids are all adults, so this cannot be blamed on rough use. It is a combination of poor design and inferior materials. LG was absolutely no help at all otHer than saying I can understand why you would be frustrated with it breaking in less than 4 years.

I’m very happy with this microwave. It’s spacious, easy to use, and easy to clean. I live that it has an “add 30 sec” option rather than “add a minute. With the quick push of a button, I can choose my cook time.

Many great features. Nice big microwave. Only thing is the light on the inside isn’t as bright. But maybe there’s something in the manual that I’m missing to brighten the light while warming. (That would have made it 5stars)

I love the way it looks. It's functionality is also terrific. But the best part is the terrific service I received on the installation and, when it was necessary, the re-installation. Prompt, friendly, efficient, and professional.

Microwave looks great with my set. I love the 30 second button, one touch and fast. I don't quite get what to do with extra rack, we store under our cabinet and is not practical for everyday use. I never use microwave to cook meals, perhaps this would be most useful if I did. Most disappointing feature is black tint on door that blocks view of food while warming. I am almost 5'8" and have to stand on my tiptoes to peak in to watch for spillage. Not sure why they would place this border to obscure view of what you're heating, I would not buy again for this reason.

It sure why companies keep putting racks in microwaves. Works great. The light works well. The fan has variable speeds which is nice.

This is a great microwave and the turntable is what i like the best plus it has a shelf too. The display makes it so easy to use my grandson uses it himself on the weekends for his frozen dinners that he likes so much.
