Looks good and works great. It has a lot of different capabilities which I love. The under light is really dim, really dim. But everything else is great.

Has all the extras that expect out of a microwave except a window that allows me to see the food cooking. And the clock is a bit dim.

Both products had incorrect installation specs. Structural alteration required to provide swing space for opened door . This is manufacturer's fault, not yours.

Hides finger prints very well !!! A little glass cleaner takes them right off!! Love the extra shelf , makes it easy to heat anything up ! Our boys have now even learned setting for defrosting and heating up certain items

LG makes just about the best appliances on the market right now, and this microwave is no exception. Strikes the right balance of price and quality, and the easy clean interior is so nice.

The window on the microwave oven door is framed with darkness about 4 inches around the sides and when stuff is cooking I can’t see inside, I am only 5’1” and my spouse is 5’ 9 1/2” and he has trouble seeing in that small window also so unless you are tall it may not be an issue for you. Dislike that we cannot see if oatmeal is going to overflow while cooking. The whole door is plastic and feels very light weight and flimsy.

We had an error code pop up on the screen and called LG. They were out right away to fix it. The microwave works perfectly and does everything we need it to do. LG is awesome. If the product isn't perfect, they will do everything necessary to make it that way!

it have a big dent but it was very good deal got it for 1/3 of the price and it still working very good

Uneven defrosting, outside portion is defrosted but the middle is still frozen. Same when cooking oatmeal, the middle part is not cooked so had to stir and reheat. Looks very elegant and easy cleaning.

Love this microwave. And the grey interior is really nice! The defrost option really works unlike other microwaves I have had that tend to cook the food instead of defrosting. You can’t go wrong with this one!

I would push this product on anyone! After all of the fiasco appliances that my wife and I have had over the past year, this one is looking good so far! We've had great success with LG so far and are ready to make the jump from Samsung to LG very soon!

The microwave looks good and works. It's a little noisy, but the biggest drawback is it is overly complicated with features not necessary. Nothing to make it a bad purchase.

Matching microwave to my oven! Works great, nice and quiet, fingerprint resistant and has all the bells and whistles I need. Great price for what you're getting.

I have only had it for a couple of weeks but so far it is very nice. If I had any complaint it would be that although the stainless steel resists showing fingerprints, the keypad seems to get easily smudged up.

This is the second LG microwave that I have purchased. The style in the black stainless is sleek. This is a middle of the road appliance but has 3 fan speeds which is awesome.

Everything about this microwave is great with the exception of the small window. Since the oven is over my stove, I can't view the food because the window is so small. Even standing on my tip toes I can't see in the window.

This Microwave has alot of space inside with easy to use reheat preset buttons. It mount nicely and the hood has multiple speed settings for the vent and hi and low light settings as well. Overall great value.

This microwave technically does the job, but for some tasks, it overdoes it. The popcorn button usually leaves the bag half burned. Be prepared to either lower the amount of time you use, or to cut it off part way into the cycle.

Our other microwave finally died after 20 years and AHS offered us a replacement but we did some research and elected to pay the difference and upgrade to the LG which was on sale for $309. So far so good.

I like the microwave I think it’s very good. My only problem was all the dents. I guess I’m lucky they had another in the warehouse. After a two week wait it will be installed.
