It looks great and matches our oven perfectly. The date of manufacture, which I guess I should have checked, is 2018 so it is 3 years old. It died within 3 weeks of purchase and I had the not-so-pleasant honor of dealing with LG warranty center. 2 weeks later, finally got a repair person out. He fixed it, a few hours ago, so we will see how it goes. It was the magnetron which failed.

Works great looks nice. Vent is strong. Only negative is the light that comes with it is not a good color temp needs to be more daylight

My new LG over the range microwave was delivered to my house I looked it over before installing it which was kind of a pain I peeled back the protective plastic and found two scratches. Tried resolving this issue over the phone which was a nightmare so tomorrow I’m going into the store to hopefully have it replaced or at least get a replacement handle and some sort of compensation for the damage that can’t be fixed and my time wasted....will update this review as soon as this is resolved

Yes, this beautiful microwave shorted out after 3 wks but Best Buy replaced it this week. I will followup in 6 months. The only thing I will mention is that the inside is gray, so hard to see what's cooking.

Though we have had it only a short time, so far, we have been very pleased with this microwave. The only thing we have found lacking is it has no shortcut presets like our previous microwave had. But overall, it has been great.

LG overall makes quality appliances and this microwave is no exception. It's perfect for my needs. I can't think of anything I don't like about it.

Love the look with the slight curve on the top and bottom of the front of the microwave. This black stainless steel looks great in my kitchen and the layout on the front is just what I was hoping for. Very satisfied!

The wife really likes the dark interior of the microwave. She loves the lighting that it puts off in her kitchen at night. Loves the black stainless - - calls it like "smokey quartz."

We chose this as we've had good luck with LG products. It's a huge improvement over our previous microwave. Best Buy installed it and the installation was seamless. Technician was on time and was in and out quickly.

Love this microwave. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I have to stand on my tippy toes to see through the window. Very small window which is not user friendly for an over-the-range microwave.

This unit has everything we need. Easy to reach settings, great lighting for what is cooking on the stovetop and the ventilation is powerful and quiet ! Plus it vents to outside ! We love it, go getcha one !

The door handle seems very sturdy. There is a removeable wire rack, and an on/off button for the turntable. The light inside, that of course comes on when heating isn't all that bright, making it harder to see the food. The light underneath was left on and it actually heated up the inside of the microwave to the point of too hot to touch. It doesn't provide quite enough light for cooking on the stove top. The fan is extremely noisy but necessary when using the stovetop or oven. It'll take some getting used to.

this microwave works great, but the fan is really loud. I bought an open box and it did not work; it was easy to exchange it to get a brand new one.

It’s a basic microwave that has a shelf which is a nice feature to stack multiple plates for reheating. The info panel is a little higher up than most models, though. I’m 5’3” and I can see it but not easily.

I like that this is a bigger over the range than we had, but still around the same size on the outside. We have used this a bit and very pleased with the quality. I have not used the grilling rack yet, so I can't speak for that.

When compared to the unit this replaced it’s great. The old unit didn’t hear food. It’s a pretty average unit. Easy to understand buttons

It was installed just a week ago, so It has not yet stood the test of time - but so far - all is good. There are fewer and fewer items still available in 'white" - and this was a good option.

Enjoying my new LG over the range microwave oven. So many different settings and levels to choose from. The display tells you when your food is finished. So many more features than my previous microwave.

I love how much better it is over my old Whirlpool gold microwave. Could stop defrost for the turn over time instead of just beeping and could have a wider viewing at the bottom but overall I love it!
