I didn’t know??!! All finally done! Issues with Best Buy in Springfield Ohio since 9/5/22 finally completed 12/5/22! Customer Service is full of excuses!! Never going to the Springfield Ohio store again. I’ve had good success with the Beavercreek Store!

Like most people I almost never use any of them. For instance, there is a 'reheat' option. And one of the subheaders is 'tea'. Well, I reheat my tea 5 or 6 times every morning, as I get busy doing things. I thought this would be awesome! Imagine my surprise when it heated it for 5 minutes on full power. This doesn't bother me, since I have figured out long ago how to reheat whatever I needed. It is very attractive, and does what I need. I can ignore the rest.

Our previous model only lasted 3.5 years. They thought the magnatron went bad and replaced it but to resolution. It still didn’t work. So we got refunded and bought this one. I really hope this one lasts longer than 3.5 years for 2 people.

Dealing with LG to get it fixed and then ultimately replaced was awful and excruciating. LG made sure I understood that customer support is not something they care about. It took me months to resolve the situation and actually have a functioning microwave. If you care about your customer service experience after you give a company money, I cannot recommend LG in any way. If you want a microwave that works longer than 3 months, look elsewhere.

It's very similar to my previous LG microwave, in that they have very similar functions, relevant to how and why I use a microwave. The only drawback is the new one has only ONE on the underside verses the previous, which had two lights. I do like the sensing touch keys that only require to be lightly touched to be selected/activated. Overall, a good purchase for the price paid!
