Love this microwave oven! Put popcorn in and walk away to find perfectly cooked. Softens butter, defrosts ice cream and much more. Tons of space and has removable divider rack.

Microwave works great. The lights inside and out are awful. Very dim and yellow in color. We replaced them first thing.

so far so good ….only four stars due to slight vibration when cooking not due to install...its installed tight but vibration has gone away will see as time goes bye.

We chose the microwave for the stainless steel finish and the exhaust fan capability. Stainless finish has a hint of dark shade which goes well with our kitchen.

I actually have not opened this yet but i trust LG always been trustworth for me when it comes to applicians. Great company

I am very pleased with my new LG microwave. Works perfectly and completes my LG appliance suite. Highly recommend!

This unit does a good job of heating food. We use it for nearly all cooking under 2 minutes and we never cook anything in it that takes longer than a few minutes. So all of the longer-term cooking features are useless to us. The one irritation of this unit is that it doesn't display the clock/time when not in use. It's seriously frustrating to need to know what time it is and have to walk to the unit and physically press a button before the time of day will appear. Our old unit displayed the time of day continuously. Arrgghh.

Works very well all our other appliances are Wi-Fi this microwave does not I miss that

I haven't used all the features yet, but have been very happy with this microwave. I was a bit concerned that fingerprints would show, but it has not been a problem.

The microwave is great, the directions for installing it were not. Very vague for someone who has not installed one before.

We like the sensor cooking feature and so far we are impressed with how it looks and functions.

I looked at the other black stainless microwaves and this one had all the features of the other LG but didn't have the drop down vent. I couldn't justify paying and extra $150 for that.

Good microwave. My only complaint is that the window is a bit high in the door which makes it difficult to look in. No complaints about performance.

love that the microwave makes a nice music sound at end of cooking cycle instead of an annoying beep like former microwaves

We replaced a GE microwave oven that died after only two years. We will never buy another GE product. Our experience with LG products is superior to GE.

I wish that they would stop changing the colors. I bough this 3 months after buying my fridge and the black color is a few shades off. Other that that, its great.

REALLY LIKE THIS MICROWAVE! I AGREE THAT THE INSIDE IS DARK WHIL COOKING, BUT I AM STILL ABLE TO SEE THE FOOD INSIDE. IT DOES HAVE 3 CHOICES FOR LIGHT, I LOVE THAT! COOKS GREAT!

Easy to install, easy to use. The dark interior does not look as messy as the white interior on the the old model this replaced.

Very easy to use. Light under unit has 2 setting which are not very bright. Fan has 4 speeds that work great.

Great microwave! So many functions and settings to get the perfect temperature, love the kid friendly temp!
