Very good microwave, heats and good very well. Only problem I have is the rack in microwave keeps falling. It's too low, so I have to take it out when I use the microwave.

This product replaces the same item i destroyed. Some product no changes. Bought the same the same item

The LG microwave is great. We needed additional ventilation and the 4 speed fan gives us that.

So far, this LG microwave has been good. The window is a smaller opening than our previous microwave and is difficult for a short person to see in.

I like this microwave, I replaced a broken one and it is much better than the original one. Well thought out presets and they are posted so you just look at chart and cook.

Microwave works very well. Disappointed that I cannot figure out how to turn off the energysaver so the clock will stay lit. Also the light inside the cooking area is very dim.

This is the best microwave, the dual level makes this very convenient cook one item on the turntable the other one on the rack! Brilliant!

Works well. 1000 Watts compared to our 15 year old GE builder special 1500 watt. But cooking time seems to be the same. Let Best Buy do the install

This microwave is just the ticket when it comes to options and look. The only issue we have is we would like more light within the microwave when cooking

The microwave is fitted above the stove where previously there was an extraction hood. it allows more space on the countertop.

Microwave has been installed for about 3 weeks and all is good so far. Traditionally we do not use a microwave very often but at this point all is good.

The microwave works great. However unless you are about 6 feet tall you cannot see into it while it is cooking.

Love it. Works great. no fingerprints. Love the inside light, looks like a spot light on your food.

Our old microwave broken down on us and this microwave has been a perfect fit for what we need without breaking the bank. I would definitely recommend.

So nice to have microwave handy at stove. My wife loves it. And changing from white to black appliances gave a complete new look to the kitchen.

Love the look and functions of the microwave. Only gave 3 stars because I am having to have it exchanged within the first month....I think because of an installation error, not necessarily the product. I think the blower was not installed therefore the microwave overheats and looses all function. It all comes back to working order after it cools down. Exchange is set for Thursday, so hopefully the new one will work properly!

Nice Microwave would recommend. I will say the buttons are kind of weird and not as responsive as I would like.

Had a old in it place took it down installed the new one, but it seem the builders of our house was in drugs because he missed the exhaust duct opening in the center.

It's nice the install instructions were very unclear (I'm handy), had to uninstall connect a wire (inside the unit) and reinstall. Other then that Im very happy with it.

Overall, great purchase. Because it is over my range, the microwave handle heats up to be extremely hot when I am cooking on the stove.
