I like the looks and function of this microwave very much but I am very disappointed about the ability to see the food while it is cooking. The door has solid black on the bottom third of the glass door which prevents me from viewing the food as it cooks. I am 5'9" and I have to stand on my toes to see a partial view of the food. The microwave is installed properly so it must be a bad design.

Easy to install if you already have an over the range microwave. The curbside pick up extended hours are wonderful!

Quality microwave. The pick up process at Best Buy was contact free and done seamlessly. They really did a great job!

I bought the bundle, this being the last in the set. Did my own install and not real happy about the flimsy upper bolt mounts. But seems to work as expected

I dislike so many things about this microwave it is difficult to decide where to start. The only good thing I can say about it is that it makes my food warmer. That is what it is what it was basically meant to do, so it is good that it does that well. As far as features, it falls well below the 12 year old one it replaced. If it were not so difficult to get this on and off the wall I would have returned it. I guess instead I will deal with the deficiencies for 10 or so years. The first that I noticed was that it does not have an automatic night light feature. My GE was able to be programmed to turn the light on and off at times I specified. This one only allows me to manually turn it on and off. It also does not come with an LED bulb and the bulb does not look like one for which I will be able to easily find an LED replacement. The timer, both for cooking completion and reminder only beeps one set of times then gives up. I'm used to the beeping periodically repeating until it is acknowledged.

Take take much to cook fool and defrost food either like the option to cook with another self I there too if you want to heat up two plates or anything else

I replaced my old microwave with the exact same one. l Guess I really like it.

Too bad most new micros(including this one), vent out the top instead of the front. The cabinets get too dirty from the exhaust without the outside vent option.

Wow how great was this service. The technicians protected their feet and came in my home and got busy. I was intrigued wayching. I was so pleased.

Reasonable price for good quality so far. Takes a bit of getting used to, fan is kinda noisy! Time will tell!

Can never go wrong with a Best Buy Product, service is always #1 and LG products for kitchen are amazing.

We recently upgraded all our appliances and I couldn't be happier with this microwave! Large capacity, easy to use and it looks great!

Full power instantly. Easy to read and understand the control panel. Also since I installed my self the instructions were easy to understand

Great microwave for the price point. The microwave meets all of our needs.

This isn't the highest end unit but for our use it's very functional. It does have a sensor feature which helps take the guesswork out of cooking. I'd buy it again

I bought the range and microwave together and they make the kitchen look great!!! Everyone notices them. Oh, and they both work great too.

I have always been an LG girl...and love it!! Would definitely recommend.
