Very happy with our LG microwave. Really like the reheat options which adjust cook times based on level of steam generated -Doesn’t over cook the food.

Did not know what I was missing with my Samsung microwave until it died and I replaced it with this LG. I will never go back.

defrost don't say anything about beef has fish and chicken and bread still need to use more to no all controls

I really like the LG Microwave except - even with the vent on it steams up the front of the microwave when you boil water.

I love the add 30sec button, it's the one I most frequently use. The light underneath is not very bright compared to my old microwave. Works great!

My wife and I are every pleased with the microwave. The product quality meets all expectations, and the Best Buy price was very competitive.

My wife picked this out and will be eventually updating the whole kitchen in this style. We have other LG appliances and they are state of the art and so far no problems.

This replaces my old GE and is a beautiful companion to my new LG Stove, refrigerator and dishwasher in the black stainless. Shows no fingerprints and easy to operate.

Installed for less than a week, and the "30 second" button already is not working properly, being balky. The touchpad requires much harder pressure to operate than our old Samsung (which we hated for different reasons), and I think I'm developing calluses from trying to press hard enough to engage them. In this day and age, why on earth a halogen lamp? And only ONE? The light it gives is sallow and dim. We replaced it with a cool white LED, and it's much improved. But really? Halogen? It gets so hot you can feel it from a foot away! How expensive would it have been for LG to put in two LEDs? This is an over-the-range microwave, so it's already above your head, and they've blocked what little window there is with black. You can't see what you're cooking. DUMB design! Calling in the Geek Squad to fix the button problem, but since it's only been a week, I'm considering a different microwave altogether. Proceed with caution. I don't know if the more expensive LG microwaves are different, but I'm not at all impressed with this one.

This is a great microwave. Way more powerful that the one it replaced. I also love that it has a rack so I can have two items in at one time. Would purchase this again.

i would have given 5 stars you have to remove shelf to mcrowave popcorn and the light is dull as opposed to my previous ge microwave. the 4 speed fan for venting is great

Bought the package. Looks great with package microwave is ok compared to quality of refrigerator stove and dishwasher. Functions well.

New microwave unit looks and operates great. Installation went very well and the techs were helpful.

We remodeled our kitchen just before the holidays and needed an over the range microwave. All of our other appliances are LG so we bought this one from Best Buy. Love it.

It's an OK microwave. It works great defrosting stuff compared to my previous Whirlpool unit. Otherwise the button noise is a little loud along with the fan noise. The buttons on the panel look as though the print is coming off from being in the box...I've seen other comments about the print wearing off so curious in the longevity of that button print.

Nice microwave, the glass in the door is much smaller than I expected, only shows half of what you'd expect

All good as expected. I just hope this will last as long as my GE (20 years)

Nice microwave works great only draw back is that the window area is a bit small and you cant see food on the spinning glass plate - lower level

Love this microwave. As with any new appliance, I'm still trying to learn all of the settings, etc.

It’s a nice looking microwave and works great! Bought it to match the rest of our appliances in our kitchen for a remodel.
