Durable, great product fro the price. I have replaced it with Kicthen Aid Microwave; heating is great within 1 minute

Just received our new kitchen appliances and extremely happy we went with LG. Best Buy was running a great sale and we saved 100s of dollars. Sales person was extremely kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend Best Buy as your place to purchase appliances. The whole process was excellent. Delivery guys arrived on time and made sure we were happy with setup. Still learning all the functions. Could not be anymore happier with choice of LG.

Love this micro but there are 2 things I’m fustrated with...the inability to keep it streak free and no way to program the light feature.

Bought this as our GE unit kicked the bucket. Bought this to match our stove & fridge. So far, Not TOTALLY happy with it. The fan is quieter than the GE was. But, this LG: 1. Doesn't heat as well as our GE did. 2. Only 1 stove top light & it's not even centered. So, makes for a dim working space on the stove top. 3. Have to have book near to use Defrost, Soften & Sensor cook options as there are no on-board guides. 4. Express heating would be nice - press 1 for a quick 1 minute cook, etc. 5. Has a small view through the door. I'm short, so I can't see inside while in use without pulling over a chair or step stool. So far we haven't tried the Popcorn option yet, so that will be interesting, but hopefully this review will help someone in the future. I'm seriously considering returning this, but my options on other units are looking very limited right now.

The keypad just take a light touch, much quitter than my other microwave and the chart is at the bottom and easier to read. Heats well

Excellent microwave and has great look in kitchen!

An awesome Microwave with all the great features. The only con...is when turning on the light underneath the microwave to light up the range top, that light is so hot, it heats the glass turntable inside the microwave. I actually called on that matter and the rep. checked on that issue and they told her it was ok. Nothing to worry about. Other than that, we love the micro!!!

Love the soften option to soften my butter for baking. Lots of options

bigger (height) than really needs to be and complicated to register and get online and the install folks were very rushed. But seems to do everything as expected. The real test of all such items is how they work after a year or so - only had this one a few weeks. My previous one lasted nearly 20 years, until the handle broke.

Nice clean looking microwave. Matches up nice with our Frigidaire stove.

This is the second one of these I’ve bought. Works great and the price is right. Both have been dependable

LG stainless steel microwave has a great addition to the kitchen. It’s soo easy to keep clean..

This was to replace my 13 year old Whirlpool microwave that went out about 2 weeks ago. I love this upgrade. It has 4 fan settings and programmable cooking features. The light inside of the microwave is dim, but its because of the tinted glass. If you are boiling water, you would have time if just right unless you want to keep opening the microwave to see if it has started to boil. You really cant see inside what you cooking. This was perfect for me.

This microwave is replacing a GE model. I thought I would miss the one touch buttons on the GE but it isn't a problem to punch in the 3 digits for time. There are many presets for different foods and reheating options. I haven't tried them all but the ones I have such as the popcorn work well. The vent fan is good. The only thing I would change is to add a second light for the stovetop on the right. It is very attractive and the door is less noisy when opening than my old GE.

The look is nice and does a great job. The appliance that gets used more than others and has never let me down.

The ease of the control panel is excellent. Food preparation is easy and cleanup is very simple.

Nice and large microwave oven. The exhause fan option with timer is a nice addition.

WE BOUGHT THIS TO REPLACE AN OLDER MICROWAVE. WE HAVE ONLY HAD IT A FEW WEEKS AND IT IS EASY TO USE AND LOOKS NICE.
