    Love this microwave. My only complaint is because it is stainless steel, the handle gets REALLY hot when you are using the stove at the same time.

    I like the microwave especially the option of have a rack or turntable. I do wish there was an option to adjust the rack height.

    The cooking settings and features are very good, but the exhaust fan lacks suction. I have the fan venting through the top of the unit to an external duct, but even though the unit claims the fan has 400 CFM's, my old microwave which had less CFM's, vented much more efficiently. The left side exhaust vent on the unit has very weak suction!

    The microwave works great. It was easy to setup and hang over the stove. The 4 levels of fan is great. It was a good purchase.

    After installing the microwave, found it to be DOA. I could set the clock, but the fan would come on and the display showed door open. Called LG and they sent a tech out a few days later. The control panel was replaced and all was well. It was thought to be a stuck relay but for it to be DOA was alarming. I have had no issues with the microwave since and it is a nice addition to our kitchen to match the side by side LG refrigerator we have.
