Poor Install

Despite several back and forth, I would say the install service doesn’t deserve PROFESSIONAL title, at least, that was what I was charged for. I think a rookie would do a better job than Best Buy installer. Is there anyway I can get my money back?

Lots of functionality

I bought this one specifically because you open it by pulling at the lower right. I’ve had others with a handle that gets out out alignment by pulling at the bottom and not the middle.

So far we have used the potato and popcorn buttons To cook to 1 minute, touch the 1 button; 2 for 2, etc We also like the 30 second button . Dealing with the larger door was a challenge but it is all good now!

Blends right in with our other kitchen appliances. Very user-friendly. Self-installed. Seriously now considering replacing our aged Jenn-Air electric range with equivalent LG model as a result.

The rightside of the microwave, when you open the door, is filled with guidelines for cooking. So, the size is not as large as it appears. But still listed as 2 cubic feet. It cooks better than my previous unit and both were the same wattage, so pretty happy with the LG!
