This microwave is great - we love the barcode scan feature that knows exactly what to do. Microwave looks sleek and clean above our range.

I love how fast and efficient this microwave is, but it is difficult to read the front panel. It should be lit up because it is simply to dark to read easily.

So far this microwave range works fine. My previous appliance by another brand lasted only 7 years. In my opinion, if these items have a lifespan of only 7 years then it’s simply not worth paying for a premium appliance. I hope this new range lasts longer.

Great microwave. Works great as expected. Nultiple functions Would be grat to have led lights on menu but its ok

Works really good. Has lots of options. Actually like the tone for completion better than the standard beep. Only downside is the door is big and gets a bit getting used to.

It definitely has smudges when you touch the buttons. Also the buttons do not light up. There are models ther have buttons that do light up, but this isn’t that model.

Construction is solid. The door closes tight, unlike some other brands in the same price range. It helps that the installation was professional. Food is exactly where it should be within the time specified.

Replaced my old Frigidaire with this LG recently. First of all, I am surprised that the vent fan turns on automatically quite loudly every time I use the microwave. I looked at the manual and it says that the over the hood vent turns on automatically when the stove is hot in order to prevent overheating of the microwave. That's fair, but this turns on everytime. I called LG the first time and the phone rep couldn't help. Just kept asking me to call Best Buy. I called Best Buy and after talking to 2 depts, they said I have to call LG and connected me to LG. Luckily this time, after a long pause where the LG rep went in search of answers, they came back with this is normal. "There is a fan behind the keypad that always turns on". Fair enough, but it's noisy . And my old microwave never had to turn on the fan every time it was used. Overall, not too impressed with the location of the buttons on the keypad as well. Not terrible but not as intuitive as it could have been designed.

I am loving my microwave who knew? It is so advanced and extremely chic. I am so glad that I purchased this one. It is amazing

Terrible display. It does not have a backlight to be able to read the buttons. I have to turn on the lights for the whole kitchen to read which buttons to push. Also, it has an add 30 seconds button...I'd prefer an add 10 second button. It does not have a turntable off button. I would not buy this again just because of the poor display.

I like the fact it was rated well, was black with stainless steel trimmed. It has features that can be set with my smartphone.

Problem more with best buy then with microwave. Missing so many parts. BB poor customer service a nightmare to deal with!

Great microwave sensor cooking ia way vetter than the whirlpool it replaced. I like the chime for the end of cycle and timer.
