A crew came out to fix it. They determined that the first crew failed to install the vent connection and did not leave it behind. They called to order the part, but said that was not possible so they ordered a new microwave to replace the perfectly good microwave. Next a crew comes out with the new microwave, the do a great job installing it, Everything worked great except the microwave. It doesn't function well. Now I have them scheduled to pick it up next week. 3 strikes and you're out. I give up and am shopping elsewhere for a new microwave.

Only complaint is the control buttons are hard to see as there is very little contrast between the letters on the buttons and the door itself. I’m not sure I would have purchased it if I realized that beforehand

It supposed to be smart but it still missing features. When we had the time saving / time change. It didnt did nothing, i had to change it manually. On my understanding, a smart device should be program to be able to have this feature. The app is basic not much you can do.
