The best feature of this microwave is that it cooks food evenly. It is also easy to clean.

So far, seems to be good. Have always been using LG products. The manufacturers warranty makes it viable to purchase this brand.

This is a replacement for one that died. It’s a different brand but matches my other appliances perfectly. The tune that plays when the cycle is done is very annoying and keeps repeating. The menu on the side is in tiny print. Otherwise I’m happy with it.

Purchased on cyber Monday, and hung it up shortly after. Working great so far and looks really good too!

This is a pretty strong microwave, has nice features and is easy to clean and easy to use.

Fit perfectly as a replacement for a previous model LG microwave. Even the old brackets fit. It would be nice if the buttons had a low back light when pressed so that you can use it without turning on lights but it works and looks great.

The shipment & delivery of the LG Over the Range Microwave was just days after NYC was required to shelter in place effectively preventing the completion of the renovations started and the proper installation of this appliance. Still waiting for the authorization from NYS & NYC for the work to resume and the installation of this microwave. Hopefully there are no issues and it is was a good purchase once I am able to use it.

This microwave definitely "got the looks"! I like how many options it gives for warming up or cooking food. The fan and the light are a wonderful bonus that we all like too. The only 2 negatives I have so far is that you have to wipe the fingerprints off of it EVERY. DAY... And also, because we got spoiled by our previous microwave that had 1250W and this new one is only 1000W, it takes a little longer for the food to be ready. Other than that, it is a great choice in over-the-range microwaves!

Easy to use. Easy to clean. Nothing amazing but looks fine over the range.

The controls are not the most intuitive and the instructions are extensive. They seem to have stressed many automated steps and overlooked the simple manual ones. As someone who only uses it occasionally, I am struggling with the time setting. It is not idiot proof.

I searched online and read many reviews before buying this microwave as a replacement. The size was what I needed to fit in the cabinet space available. It had several features my old one did not. One advantage is that the turntable can be turned on and off. Negative reviews indicated you cannot see inside the microwave which you can't if you are short because it has a dark black border on the door. I have not found that to be a problem. I have found nothing negative in using mine.

This unit is very easy to use and exceeds our expectations. We use it a lot and it is very user freindly.

Were looking to replace the original microwave in out town home. Came across this one at BB on Sale. So far its been working great.

Ordered the microwave I was looking for on Jan. 31st online, was promised delivery the following Monday(Feb. 5th)and did receive it on time as advertised. Paid $2 more than what one of the big home improvement stores charged me for the same unit(and could not get it through them in a timely manner), canceled order there and ordered it with Best Buy, who came through with flying colors! I will be sure to use their services again with my next appliance purchase!
