Door is bigger than I thought it would be but not a big deal

High quality product. Great professional installation!

Love this microwave. And the grey interior is really nice! The defrost option really works unlike other microwaves I have had that tend to cook the food instead of defrosting. You can’t go wrong with this one!

Overall it is a nice microwave. Large capacity. Cooks very well.

Bought the LG microwave to replace a Maytag microwave. Can't believe how the LG is so much better quality. I would consider other LG products due to this experience with the microwave.

So far so good. They all just do one thing LOL. The important thing is that the handles stay intact and the buttons keep working. Installation was fast and easy.

Love it much better than my old microwave cooks evenly

Have owned this about 4 years and the plastic inside the door that holds the handle in place has degenerated so badly that the bottom of the handle pulls out. There are only two of us in the house, our kids are all adults, so this cannot be blamed on rough use. It is a combination of poor design and inferior materials. LG was absolutely no help at all otHer than saying I can understand why you would be frustrated with it breaking in less than 4 years.

Everything about this microwave is great with the exception of the small window. Since the oven is over my stove, I can't view the food because the window is so small. Even standing on my tip toes I can't see in the window.

This microwave technically does the job, but for some tasks, it overdoes it. The popcorn button usually leaves the bag half burned. Be prepared to either lower the amount of time you use, or to cut it off part way into the cycle.

Pricing fair and process easy. Delivery set up at time requested.

I have only had it for a couple of weeks but so far it is very nice. If I had any complaint it would be that although the stainless steel resists showing fingerprints, the keypad seems to get easily smudged up.

Only had it a month. Hardly used it but love what i have used. HOPE it lasts longer than my last LG

Replaced a working microwave which my granddaughter said was very slow compared to the ones she has used...Also our old one was black and my Wife had said in the past she wished we would get a white one to replace..

The new item that I have purchased looks great in my kitchen over my stove and it is wonderful how the cooking time isn so much faster than my old item, I have really enjoyed having to shelves in the over head microwave, It is wonderful

The microwave looks good and works. It's a little noisy, but the biggest drawback is it is overly complicated with features not necessary. Nothing to make it a bad purchase.

Its beautiful and functional. The service at home and at the store was exceptional.

I would recommend to buy both the products microwave n Refrigerator of the same brand and the best part was the price deal. The appliance manager Anthony is extremely hardworking n delivers excellent services.
