For this model, one helpful step you can try is performing a power reset, which can help restore operation if the internal safety fuse or control board is temporarily unresponsive:
✔ Power Reset.
> Unplug the microwave from the outlet.
> Wait 60 seconds.
> Plug it back in and check if the display lights up.

I have the fan venting through the top of the unit to an external duct, but even though the unit claims the fan has 400 CFM's, my old microwave which had less CFM's, vented much more efficiently. The left side exhaust vent on the unit has very weak suction!
