This is a great unit. It heats very evenly. I did the install myself. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I looked at more expensive models but this model had all of the main features covered and it was at a reasonable price. Pleased.

The LG microwave works very well and I am happy with the purchase. The Black stainless is stunning. It is more powerful than my older microwave so need to adjust cook times from what I was used to. Best Buy did a great job installing it. Thank you

This is a nice looking microwave, and is easy to clean. It heats food very well and is very functional. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's hard to see into while heating. It has a small viewing area on the door.

This microwave performs very well and is very nice looking with the controls on the bottom and the larger glass area. Purchased at Best Buy Outlet st a great price.

Excellent microwave. This microwave went in quick and easy. The template was clear for the holes and back plate to hold the microwave above the stove. It is very quiet when used and the LG ThinQ is great if you are heating something up and ate away from the kitchen. You can set a notification in the app onyour phone when the microwave is done.

Nice microwave with good features. Digital clock numbers could be larger and brighter. Hard to see food inside even with light on. LED lights under unit would be better then the incandescent bulbs. Unit is quiet and interior is easy to clean.

like this microwave. modern easy to use. had an lg 1.8 before. almost the same fit. drill new holes to adjust the fit on top. got a lot more functions on this model. got the extended warranty just in case.

Love the microwave! The night light feature thru the smart app is my wife's favorite thing. I love the options for reheat and my daughter loves the soften and melt modes for her baking. 10 out of 10! It's beautiful in our kitchen too.

Looks great and performs equally as well. I haven’t had it long but highly recommend this microwave. Easy to program which is always a plus!

This microwave is much sleeker looking than my previous microwave and yet has more interior space. The settings are easy to figure out and it performs well.

Works great, easy to use and clean. Syncing it to Wifi and connecting it with my other LG items/ecosystem was easy. it is HUGE inside - I feel I could cook a small turkey in it. Happy with it. Delivery and install where pretty seamless. Still haven't used all the features yet, but it is tech forward, easy and functional. Would recommend.
