Excellent microwave and excellent price. Over the range microwave was easy to install - much easier than anticipated. Microwave is very quiet when operating; has large turntable; 4 speed exhaust fan. A lot of "bang for the buck". Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this microwave. Looks great without the handle. Definitely a fingerprint magnet. Cooks perfectly. Was fairly easy to install considering I have zero experience installing over the stove microwave. And looks great sitting above our LG Stove with the same black stainless steel

Sleek modern look and installed easily. Only down side is the 1-9 numbers for setting time. Because there are so many different auto choices, you can't just press 1 for 1 minute. (thus the 4 star rating) You must press 100 and Start. But all the auto choices are great once you get used to them.

The microwave has a number of great features and is an attractive addition to our kitchen. The installation service from Best Buy was fantastic - it was very difficult to remove the old microwave and put this one in; the installers spent a number of patient hours making sure all went well.

Overall it seems to be a good replacement for our old one. Taking a bit to get used to the settings on the bottom and there is a learning curve as the door is way longer than other microwaves so you have to step to the side and then back over to the opening to access it.

Recently bought this microwave and installed myself. Little tricky to get it leveled however once installed it works great. Sleek, easy to use, and looks great. Have had for a month or so now, no issues.

Works great and looks nice. Install was easy, replaced LG with and LG. Old microwave was 12 years old.

The LG microwave has a beautiful design, and has great features. We chose the satin black finish.

Have had the new microwave for about 2 weeks now and am very happy with it. Have to adjust cooking times slightly, and learn the new codes, but it is fairly user friendly. The installation had some issues: the 1st crew didn't have the washers that would be needed to cover existing holes, plus the front of the vent over the unit had to be removed. So, they couldn't/wouldn't do it (issues with possible damage). So we removed the front outselves - no problem at all, but still had to reschedule for a later date for the installation. The next crew - even though I had asked them to bring the right size washers, and REMINDED the office the day before - they STILL arrived without them and had to create some with scrap metal. THEN they bumped the stove and set the protective blanket covering the stovetop on fire. Smell was awful for several days.

Read reviews, looked at features and decided to buy this microwave. The keypad is different than our GE so it’s taking a bit of getting used to but has many features I never bothered to try on our others. We usually buy middle of the price range appliances. Some have features we never used on high end units. The reheat feature is great, especially to reheat pizza. Preset cooking menu is very useful, defrosting and cooking chicken is a great help when unexpected guests come at dinner time. I especially LOVE how easy it is to clean! No scrubbing, I just wipe it out quickly each time I use it. My only complaint is the viewing window on the door is so small I can’t see food as it’s progressing. If I were 3” taller no problem! I’m adjusti to that and letting the oven do it’s job.

My new microwave looks great and works well. Very happy with my purchase.

Most of my appliances are now LG - replacing all my Samsungs. LG stuff simply lasts longer than the competition. This microwave is a worthy addition, I love the smart element and that it looks sleek above the range. Installation wasn't that straightforward so be prepared to ask for help

I love my LG over the range microwave! It has so many features and is very easy to use. The Manuel is so helpful in cooking different food items. It also looks great over my new LG slide in range.

Fantastic product, so easy to operate and looks great n the kitchen with my other new appliances (fridge, range and dishwasher). No problem reading control panel as some people say, and my kitchen is very bright.

Great product, easy to set up; size fit into the space perfectly . Easy to clean and looks stylish . Vents work really well . A little louder than expected when simply warming food, not a big deal for me.

It's a bit of a different interface from our last microwave, but as I get used to it, I have greatly appreciated its multiple features. It offers quite a few quick one-touch functions that are very convenient and used very often with confidence the food will not overcook. And...our first "food lava eruption" was easily cleaned off of the enamel finish interior!!! This product is vastly superior to our last microwave. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality upgrade.

I waited a month before submitting this review to really test it. It’s great! The front is smooth and easy to clean (old one had weird vent fins that were impossible to clean) which is a huge bonus. The sensor cool options work well (never thought I’d use that much but I love it!). Nice big turntable. My only complaint is the wire rack is a few inches too low to microwave much more than a plate before you have to take it out. I like having it so I can heat two plates at once but I’m not sure that benefit is worth having to remove it for probably 60-75% of things I microwave because they won’t fit under it. For example, my coffee cup doesn’t fit under it so I either put it up on the rack or remove the rack. But I would absolutely purchase this again tomorrow.
